“SKECHERS Factory Outlet at Vaughan Mills is a reliable spot for footwear shopping. I went in looking for Tazz-style shoes—turns out Skechers doesn’t make that type, so I couldn’t find one for myself. However, my wife found exactly what she was looking for, which made the visit worthwhile.

I saw a sparkly silver top and unfortunately it was not the size I wanted, other Torrid stores we checked it was out of stock. I was starting to lose hope, until Danae found my size on display. Then, to my absolute surprise and delight, she personally called me back immediately after I left the store to let me know she found my size! I couldn’t believe service like this still exists. “I went shopping at the showroom for a wedding outfit and Mani was super helpful, attentive and efficient. She also had great intuition about how I was feeling in the outfits and suggestions for what to try next. I felt supported, not rushed at all, and she showed me so many styles that were flattering on my specific body type. I’m self conscious about my hips, and felt really comfortable that I had options for curves! The blouses are also inexplicably flattering and snatched my waist. Her designs are so beautifully unique and handcrafted, and a rare blend of modernity, tradition and artistry. I was obsessed with everything from the fabric feel and choices, the embroidery and detail to the different vibes – romantic, edgy, playful, nostalgic. All the information about shipping and alteration timelines were helpful as well. I had a great experience and hope to be a repeat customer for other big events in the future!”

Wow! Shopping here is a shopping with family. All the staff is so helpful and so understanding. So easy to strike up a conversation with anyone in the shop whether it's the owner or an employee everyone treats you the same. I was shopping for clothes for my mom and really and truly I don't think I would have found the selection and received this kind of service anywhere else it was my first go to and I'm so glad because I found everything I needed without having to drive around the GTA looking for anything else. Kudos to all the staff add to the owners. Coming here Feels Like Home”

I honed in on a pair of black linen pants with a jogger bottom and fit like they were made for a 5'10.5 and 172lbs Croatian Orangutan, aka me. I'm single handedly bringing joggers back.”
