“Jeet provided top notch customer service from before I even entered the store. I contacted him to inquire about an outfit I saw on their social media. He always replied promptly with straight forward and clear answers. He never gave me the run around so I easily had all the information I needed to make a decision.
A week later, I excitedly went in store to make my purchase. I tried on the outfit and was even more happy with it as it felt/looked like it was made with good quality. It was everything I wanted and more - all within my budget.
This is a safe place for anyone who doesn’t share their ethnicity or speak the same language. Jeet and his employee treated me with kindness and were extremely helpful. I mention this because I’ve been dismissed in other stores, in favour of those who are their ethnicity. I decided to ask someone else and met Abbi. Not only did she help me find the skirt that was spot on to what I was looking for, she was eager to help and had a genuinely kind attitude.
