“Several months ago we changed for convenience from our previous pharmacy to Thames Valley Pharmacy as it is located in the same medical building as our physician. Best decision ever! We receive excellent, personalized care at every visit. An error was detected by the pharmacist in one of my prescriptions and the pharmacist resolved it with the ordering physician. The pharmacist has worked to create a very helpful system that keeps different prescriptions available at one pickup. The last previous three times that I called to refill, the orders were already anticipated and available for pickup. In addition to excellent professional service, we always receive friendly, helpful and prompt service.”

“I have been dealing with this pharmacy for about 12 years getting all me and my family's prescriptions. I appreciate the fact they are an independent store, as the customer service is much more personalized that Shopper's or Rexall, the big chains. The front store is also a well-kept, well stocked store with a wide range of products.
Frankly, I find the big chains such as Shopper's usually unhelpful and discourteous, and poorly solution oriented to specific patient needs.
However, the excellent pharmacists and staff at this CDS location are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive to one's needs. Being in the medical profession myself, I understand how important servicing and managing patients can be, and the CDS pharmacy insures that they provide the best customer service and assistance to each and every customer/patient they have. I would highly recommend CDS Pharmacy in North London.”
