I went to both Softmoc stores in London and this store has better customer service in the one in White Oaks mall.

Okay service. The girl was nice but you had to go up to them for help. Not enough staff on the floor. My hubby got good service at the cash. She was very helpful ordering what I wanted. It was delivered to my door free.
