“I gotta say that every time I go in, I'm met with a knowledgeable and helpful sales person, no matter the area. And for those that give poor reviews on a weekend, try going to ANY sports store on a weekend, good luck meeting Source's standard. Baseball is where we looked today but also had a glance at track shoes. Both members gave excellent advice and helpful tips. We will continue to support indefinitely, even with slight blips we may encounter.”
“I stopped in the Running Room on Richmond St on Thursday. Matt was my sales man, he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful in every way, answered every question I had which I had a lot because it was important for me to get the best pair of footwear for my feet. I had him hold a pair of Hoka running shoes for me.
I went back Friday after work, Matt again treated me so well, He pulled out more shoes for me to try to make sure I had the perfect fit for my feet. There was also another sales man in the store Barry, he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Both Matt and Barry helped me to make the best purchase.
I not only walked out with a great fitting pair of Hoka Bondi 9, I also walked out feeling like I made a couple cool friends.

I tried my new Hokas at home and they felt too small, I needed a 1/2 size bigger.
Back in on Saturday, this time I had Myra. She took the customer service over the top.AMAZING!!
I highly recommend Running Room, running shoes aren't cheap so it is important to have educated sales professionals

“Absolutely love the service. I had called in because of an online issue. I spoke with a staff member, Conrad, and he was so helpful. I later had to go in person and Conrad and the other staff were patient and very helpful. I totally recommend this location and will return to shop.”
“Always plan to check out this store when visiting family in London. It's clean and organized. I like how they have sales on products that are not usually found at other stores. Better to shop in person vs online as not all their products can be found on their website. Not convenient for those out of town.”
“Had a great experience here tonight. 7 year old daughter wants to get into skating and we had no idea where to start. Lillian was extremely helpful, patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. She tried on many types and sizes of skates and really made sure my daughter liked and was comfortable in the ones we chose. She also helped me pick out a pair and a few accessories.
I was shocked to hear she's only been here a month - she already has great customer service and is clearly a quick and thorough learner.
The other staff we interacted with were also very friendly and funny. You can tell everyone really enjoys working here.”

“This is the first time ever to this store . In order to go you need a pass with your work . The only way we where able to go in was on the first Tuesday of every month seniors are aloud to go and bring up to 4 guest so I was able to go with my mom and take my 2 youngest children with us . I really like the store and bought 2 winter jackets one for myself and my daughter . It’s a beautiful store and look forward to going in the future one day .”

You can have a chance to nab some clearance items around season changes too.In these COVID times, you might have to line up outdoors to leave enough space in a tight store, so I would recommend against going during the week end, or get ready to wait. Be patient with the employees enforcing rules they have no control over, too.”
