“I just moved into my personal storage unit today and I expected to just be told where my unit I rented online was and that was that, but Sia helped me choose the right one for my needs, helped me choose one with a light and no window, helped me load up and move my stuff in, and was happy the whole way through. She also helped me shorten my entrance pin because the randomized pin was so long and made sure I was completely taken care of. Hats off to Sia for the best assistance I’ve gotten at a storage unit so far”
