“We stopped at Horizon Marina in Alexandria Bay for fuel and a pump-out, and the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Michael, who went above and beyond to help us with an issue on our boat. He also recommended that we visit the Thousand Island Club on Wellesley Island, just across the river. Thanks to his recommendation, we had an amazing time. The setting is beautiful, peaceful, and very classy. The restaurant was excellent and well worth the visit. Thank you again, Michael, for your exceptional help and your great recommendation. We highly recommend Horizon Marina for its outstanding customer service and friendly staff!”

“Alan very kindly managed to take in our camper van first thing in the morning for diagnostics plus a spark plug and coil replacement after our engine light started flashing the evening before. Two hours later, and we're back on the road! Fantastic service, much appreciated - especially by our one year old along for the ride. Highly recommended.”
