“Small unique consignment store with some good to great designer labels. It is not overcrowded like some other consignment stores I have been in. Merchandise is nicely displayed. Staff are courteous, helpful and quite cheery.”
“I am a frequent shopper at Marks. They have many great clothing and footwear choices. I go for socks, t-shirts and jeans. The "50 Wash" shirts are excellent. I wear short sleeve version in summer, long sleeve version in spring and fall and the short sleeve under the long sleeve in winter. The colour selection is good but I think Marks should consider including choices for red shirt day, orange shirt day and purple shirt day - just a thought.”

“Very good service on recent visit. I was unclear about exactly what I went I for at first. The paralysis of choice, perhaps, or too rushed. Catherine worked from what I had outlined. I was tactfully guided from dithering to a credible result, all discretely rather than pushily. The items I required appeared, in the size I needed, with a mildly uncanny efficiency. One thing was found for me before I had thought to ask for it. An unpleasant errand was diverted from mostly-self-inflicted clothes-shopping misery, for a very welcome change. Much obliged.”

Absolute superstar, was definitely very busy running around to get everyone different sizes and managing the lineup, but was so sweet and helpful the entire time. “Found this huge Roots store on second floor of Bayshore mall. They had so many Roots products including apparel, accessories, dolls, umbrellas, handbags and lots of other things. The store was very organized and clean. I bought couple of sweatshirts and an umbrella as souvenir. Prices were high as expected for Roots products. The associate at the counter was very friendly, packed all my stuff in a lovely Roots bag. It was quick and easy.”
