I'm not sure what it was, but when I walked in, the woman who was working at the front of the store, anytime I seen her looking at me, she looks disgusted and would avoid be close me. Unfortunately, she was the only available sales associate to ask for help, but I couldn't bother with her.”

“I went in on Saturday to grab some merchandise made by a YouTube channel I follow (Donut Media) and after walking in, was greeted by the people working and was offered help, which was very much needed given that I wouldn't have known where to look for what I was trying to get. To my surprise, the employee there was not only familiar with Donut as a channel, but was also into the car scene, and we had a quick but fun chat about cars and such.It was a great experience not feeling like I was just a customer coming in to grab something and then being pushed out the door right after. The vibe and tone that both people working that evening set was exactly what I would want from a store that's geared more towards people who are passionate about a given content creator or fandom. 10/10 would recommend coming in person to this store if you plan on getting something from Zumiez!”

“We stopped at the Tanger mall in Kanata to get some jeans and it was a busy place but we managed to get some help quickly and thanks to a great sales person by the name of Yuliia we bought 7 for me and my daughter …We have had many excellent experiences with Yuliia - she dedicated as much time as we needed to trying on products, gave us really good recommendations, and is so lovely to chat with. Would recommend asking for this girl if visiting Lucky Brand. We had never shopped at this store before, and Yuliia was able to help us find things that worked for us! We will be back. “I never have any issues with this store and would say I order from them frequently. Always easy returns/exchanges, pick ups, friendly staff, etc. This was the first time in the years Ive shopped here that I had a pick up order that had gave me an incorrect date I had to pick up my order by. Upon calling the store when I got an email saying my order was cancelled as to no understanding as to why, I was directed to the manager who told me they still had my order and could hold it for me for my intended pick up of the next day and repurchase the items at the price I paid online. Arriving the following day the manager I spoke to happened to be working and was extremely helpful, kind and efficient. I docked a star only because the manager told me I had 7 days to pick up my order from the date of creation despite my email telling me I had another few days to spare for pick up. She wasn’t understanding as to why it was telling me an incorrect date but nonetheless i’m grateful for her help and she made the process super easy and accommodating! I didn’t catch her name but thanks again :)”

“Shyanne was INCREDIBLY helpful. I came in looking for a dress with 1 left in stock, she spent a good 15 minutes trying to find the right size for me. She ended up finding it in the back and thanks to her I have a dress for an event later this week. I’ve never had a staff member from any store be this helpful and go out of their way for me. If I ever need anything from a dynamite store I will be coming to the Bayshore location, no doubt about it. Again, I really do want to say Shyanne was the most helpful store associate I’ve ever met in my entire life. THANK YOU!!!!”
