“Sandy was very helpful finding the right size of boots. It's my first pair so I was looking for someone to help me find the right fit. They were really snug but trusted her judgment and boy am I happy I did. After wearing them a couple hours here and there to break them in I'm sure glad I didn't go a size bigger...which I would've done if I was choosing all by myself. Highly recommend, especially if you're looking for help finding the right size.”

“The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and I bought several things. Ricki's used to have very nice turtlenecks last year but this year they didn't have them anymore. I tried on a red one but I couldn't get it over my head! Something is wrong with the fit. I was able to buy another sweater in red that worked out well, however. Overall, Ricki's has good styles that work for me so I will return.”

I had such a wonderful time shopping at this hijab store. The quality of the hijabs is beautiful, the selection is stunning, and everything is so well-made. The owner was truly incredible — kind, patient, and so helpful throughout the whole process. You can really tell she cares about her customers and loves what she does.

“Hi, I was looking for pants last week and I couldn’t find it. The worker (Asian Lady) Rose really helped me from blue notes Bayshore, the best store in Ottawa. She found the pants for me and kept it from me and told me to come back. I came back and found the pants I was looking for. I saw her, she told me you came back and I smile.
