“Sandy was very helpful finding the right size of boots. It's my first pair so I was looking for someone to help me find the right fit. They were really snug but trusted her judgment and boy am I happy I did. After wearing them a couple hours here and there to break them in I'm sure glad I didn't go a size bigger...which I would've done if I was choosing all by myself. Highly recommend, especially if you're looking for help finding the right size.”

“If anyone want to buy clothing , perfumes, bags etc. this is best place in Canada where you get good value for money. They have huge stocks of roll back & un noticeable minor stain articles of all Major brands on almost half price. So be vigilant while selection.”
“It can be lovely and sales or even the prices can be great but sometimes those prices are wild. But I've found very good deals. The problem is going about and finding people to help me. But when I do they're very kind. Beware the customers there. They walk not knowing where they're going. Sometimes I can't blame them but I went in and they would stop in pairs and not think about the fact that they're taking up the whole isle. I won't be rude but it was baffling how much it happened in one visit. Oh well haha, still will keep coming here <3”

“This review is really for TJX because the associates I dealt with at Southkeys Winners were not keen on listening to my issue and just handed me a business card to contact TJX. I had a $50 gift card with proof of purchase, that was declined and left my purchase behind. The process was time consuming as it underwent an investigation but TJX came through and provided me with a new gift card. I haven't used it yet but I assume it is good. A Manager had to be present to confirm my identity and collect the original gift certificate and receipt, she was very irritated and abrupt with the sales staff (who was very pleasant) and after collecting the appropriate info from me, she just left her staff and myself and went on to the next task. I expected some enthusiasm and maybe to hear "I am so happy we were able to resolve the issue" and maybe "have a great day" or "thank you for your business." The Manager showed no customer service skills, at least not that day. I am still giving 5 stars because I promised TJX I would!!!”
“Hi, I was looking for pants last week and I couldn’t find it. The worker (Asian Lady) Rose really helped me from blue notes Bayshore, the best store in Ottawa. She found the pants for me and kept it from me and told me to come back. I came back and found the pants I was looking for. I saw her, she told me you came back and I smile. I really want to say thank you to Rose amazing person. We need more people like her. Bless you”
“Fantastic store. I went to many different Winners’ branches, but this store has one of the largest selections of luggage and bags. Awesome prices as always. I have to admit that I am a big fan of Marshalls, Winners and Home Sense so I am probably biased. Totally worth the trip down to Merivale road on a weekend.”

“I went to Laura's to find a petite dress for my brother's wedding. After choosing 2 dresses a nice . sales lady named Maritza kindly took them off my hands and started a changeroom. She then checked to see how they fit. I told her I would be looking for others, but she took it upon herself to find 4 other dresses for me to try I ended up buying one that she chose and am very happy. I will be shopping there again.
