“Went in 10 minutes to close after having a horrible experience at another store, staff was so helpful. Jessica in the changeroom took the time to explain how their jeans fit and got me another size. Cashier was super friendly even though I was the last customer. Awesome staff attitude!”

“Lots of variety, even some hot-ticket items that my granddaughters are looking for like Baby Phat, Van Doutche, and Juicy Culture track suits.
My grandson loved the Mountain Dew slippers especially, and the Flaming Hot Cheetos Crocs (but they were all too big for his feet unfortunately).
I liked their Halloween decor, I should have taken more pictures of it but I was too busy shopping so I forgot!
It also seems to be a good time of year for clearance, lots of beauty products were on sale. My granddaughter got a perfume spray for just $5.”
“I went to Laura's to find a petite dress for my brother's wedding. After choosing 2 dresses a nice . sales lady named Maritza kindly took them off my hands and started a changeroom. She then checked to see how they fit. I told her I would be looking for others, but she took it upon herself to find 4 other dresses for me to try I ended up buying one that she chose and am very happy. I will be shopping there again. Thank you!”

“The staff at the Merivale location go above and beyond. I lost my receipt and they went out of their way to make it right and help me to an exchange. They always greet you when you come in and the store is always so clean . I won’t go to any other location. These employees deserve a raise. I appreciate all that they do and will always continue to shop here and u tell all my friends to shop there too”
“When the manager was a middle eastern lady, I hated the manager at Bayshore Fairweather. She was always rude and just very unpleasant, so much so I would never step foot into the store. I was walking by today and noticed that I recognized the lady at the cash from Carlingwood. I was so excited to see her, I actually went into the store! She let me know that she is now the new manager at Bayshore and the other lady left the company. I am so happy to see her, Lisa, at Bayshore. After my first interaction with her at carlingwood I would go out of my way once a week to check the store out and hopefully chat with her, however; Bayshore is closer to my home.
I will absolutely return to this location since she is now the manager! This company did a GREAT job in hiring Lisa. One of the better managers in customer service I’ve ever come across.”
