“Outstanding customer service! We were shopping for a bathroom vanity, but the only box on the floor was labeled as having a defect. Patrick L. immediately stepped in and started exploring different options for us, going above and beyond to help. He even called his manager, Hussain, to assist.

In the end, Patrick found a second box in stock that was unopened—and it was available at the same sale price! Hussain also ensured if there was any defect, the return/exchange policy was valid. Both Patrick and Hussain were incredibly helpful, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire process.

They also recommended having someone help us load the vanity into our car. Michael was wonderful and made sure everything was loaded safely with no issues at all.

“I normally don’t write reviews, but I had the best experience at Heel Boy that I felt I needed to. I needed a pair of waterproof winter boots that were still stylish and Jade helped tremendously. She was patient with me while I stomped around the store trying on 3 different pairs of boots and found me something that was both within my price range, but protected me from the Toronto winters. Actually, my experience was so good I bought a pair of loafers that I didn’t even need. I will 100% be going back when I’m ready for a new pair of shoes!”

“We visited Homesense McCawon Rd, yesterday and had a wonderful experience. Despite the extremely cold weather, two gentlemen kindly helped us and brought our belongings all the way to our car, which we truly appreciated. The cashiers and the ladies working on the floor were all very kind, professional, and responsible. Unfortunately, I don’t know their names, but the care and effort from the entire team made our visit excellent. Highly recommended.???”

“Markville Mall Marshalls is a very well-stocked location, similar to other Marshalls stores, but it often feels less crowded which makes the shopping experience much more relaxed. The store is always clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, and the staff are consistently friendly and approachable. I find it much easier to shop here compared to other busy stores, and there is usually something worth picking up if you take the time to browse.

This experience took place on Sunday, September 7, 2025. I visited because I needed Blue Jays merchandise for a game I will be attending on Wednesday. At first, I noticed some tank tops, but they were not my style and felt a little too revealing. I decided to take my time carefully browsing through the racks and I am very glad I did because I eventually found a Blue Jays sweater at a very reasonable price. It was exactly what I needed and I was happy with both the selection and the value.

At checkout, Francesca was the cashier who assisted me. She was incredibly sweet, warm, and professional. After paying, I accidentally left my phone at the counter because I was tired and clumsy from a long day. Francesca immediately noticed and kindly ran after me to return it. I was so grateful for her kindness and attention, and it really left a positive impression on me. She truly went above and beyond in her customer service and absolutely deserves recognition from management. In my opinion, Francesca deserves a raise for the way she treats customers with such care and respect. The manager was also very welcoming and helpful, which added to the overall great experience.

Overall, this Marshalls location at Markville Mall stands out for its organization, cleanliness, reasonable prices, and especially its staff. Shoppers are treated with care, and the friendliness of employees like Francesca makes a big difference. This will definitely remain one of my favorite Marshalls locations to visit. ?”

“I had a very pleasant shopping experience at The Home Depot. The store is spacious, well organized, and carries a wide range of products. Whether I was looking for tools, hardware, home improvement materials, or garden supplies, I was able to find everything I needed in one place. The aisles are clearly labeled, making it easy to locate items without wasting time.
What impressed me most was the helpfulness of the staff. When I had questions about specific tools and materials, the employees were patient, knowledgeable, and willing to offer practical advice. Their professional attitude made the shopping experience much more comfortable and efficient.
The checkout process was smooth, even during busy hours, and the store environment was clean and well maintained. Another big advantage is the large parking lot, which makes loading heavy or bulky items very convenient. This is especially important for customers who are purchasing construction or renovation materials.
Overall, The Home Depot is a reliable place for both small household repairs and larger home projects. I appreciate the quality of service, product selection, and convenient location. I will definitely return in the future and would recommend this store to anyone looking for home improvement supplies.”

“This store gets 4 stars out of 5 for me. I was helped by a young lady named Alesha, she was very professional and helped me find exactly what I needed, and gave unbiased opinion on an outfit I put together. The only reason why this store lost one star is because an employee named Sagana was very rude, unprofessional and overall was one of the reasons why I didn’t purchase a particular item. Seems to me like she doesn’t like her job, she didn’t say it but her face said it for her.”

“I have recently visited twice the homeware section of the Canadian Tire store at 2900 Major Mac East. Both time, I was assisted by a highly professional Canadian Tire staff “Layla”. She is extremely knowledgeable about various products in the store, and has an excellent attitude in dealing with customers. She listened to my inquiry patiently, and suggested various options with clear pros and cons of each option. I did not feel at any point that she was rushing to complete a sale just for the sake of selling, instead she was there to support me throughout the selection process in a friendly and professional manner. A high calibre employee like “Layla” has made my shopping experIence at Canadian Tire both informative and pleasant. A 5 star rating for both of my recent visits.”

“Mithu at markville walmart is the best he is the greatest walmart staff so friendly so understanding! I visit Jan 18 at 8pm on a Sunday he let me use the washroom during cleaning time and he wait patiently for me because my stomach was not feeling so well. I always love shopping at walmart and i do content creation for fun too on the products!!! He made my awkward experience so awesome !! the workers here are always so lovely and great. I never have a bad experience at walmart. Thank you Mithu! You are the best!!”
