“This is their 2nd attempt to deliver as the first attempt rated zero stars. This team today was on time, professional and actually delivered the item. Be very wary of brick delivery- it’s 50/50 you’ll actually get the product. It took FOUR days for them to rectify the unprofessional, incompetent, lazy teams 1st attempt. And it was a fridge we were without.”
“I wanted to buy two mattresses from Sleep Country. It has a lot of choices and good brands. Don was a honest, experience sales representative . I was not sure what I wanted at the beginning. Don patiently guided me to select the correct one. I would highly recommend Don.
P.S. Before I met Don, I went to other Sleep Country. I was almost convinced to buy a discontinued mattress. That sales representative only gave me three weeks for delivery. I hesitated and left. I then found out that the brand name of the discontinued mattress wasn’t on the website.
My lesson was finding a honest sales representative was very important.”
