We contacted Michael who was very friendly and accommodating to our request as we are very cautious shoppers in doing our best to research both our purchase option and the potential seller that we will choose.After a few calls and text messages, Michael made us feel comfortable as someone we could take a chance on giving our trust. We visited the store in Markham, which has a nice front showroom and typical rear warehouse style showroom. James was not pushy and gave us plenty of time to make our decision. Then he was very helpful in figuring out alternate stores when the first size we had in mind was not available for immediate pickup. We ended up buying a size that was in stock at this store. 5 stars. Will buy from James again.”

“I ordered a memorial bench for my parents with a plaque. The bench came right away and I was a little upset at the time that the plaque would take several months to arrive, However when it did arrive, it was worth the wait. It is absolutely beautiful and I know it will last a long time. I did compare with other companies, one of which was $500+ more for the same bench, but I would have had to get two separate plaques and the quality was not even comparable. The mock up looked tacky and cheap. It should be noted that the lady who assisted me at Canaan was helpful, professional and was a pleasure to deal with! It's nice to see a company that has good customer service, who is honest and who makes a fabulous product. Thank you!”

“I've purchased a number of Brother toner cartridges in the past and for the most part they were good enough that i didn't notice or cared between them and the original Brother toner cartridges. I got an HP inkjet that is using up ink like crazy so went in for an aftermarket colour cartridge. Got the warning from my printer about being not an original cartridge. Colour isn't perfect - there appears to be some black mixed in but i am not sure if it's a problem with my printer or the cartridge. After 4 test pages, it does seem to be getting better.”
“The first time I bought furniture from this store was ten years ago. At that time, my husband and I chose the Queen size bed together. I vaguely remember that we purchased it in Downtown. We liked the style and quality, and the delivery was timely. I have used it for many years, but the store moved. One after another, a lot of furniture was added to the house, and there were also a few new beds, old ones and small ones. It took a lot of furniture and went around and around. Ten years later, we moved to a big house again and moved and organized the space. It was only then that I discovered that the two leather beds bought from another house were cracked, and the wooden bed bought by another house was also seriously aged.
