“We do like to give business to local business, but find the prices here are not competitive. While they say they honour prices of other businesses that have a store front, you need to talk to a Manager to have this happen. It can be a lot of work to have staff honour other prices - my experience is that staff resist this policy, even if the lower price has been given before.
Update: Apparently during a time of new management, staff were not clear on this policy. However, the price match was honoured once the policy was clarified. All is well.....”

“I ordered 3 bottles of a supplement online from vitashop last Saturday. I had some difficulty placing the order. Unfortunately my e-transfer went through but the order didn't. I called on Monday and spoke to a clerk, Rebecca, who kindly and patiently spent a long time unravelling my dilemma. She calmly searched everything and rectified the problem. She didn't make me feel pressured or anxious. I will not hesitate to order from them again. Their customer service is second yo none.”
