“Very solid grocery store. The prices are more fair than other grocery stores. There was a very decent selection of items to choose from. The store was clean. There's lots of parking outside. You don't need a quarter to unlock the carts. And the self-checkout lady was friendly and helpful. I recommend this store.”
“It's close to my place, and it's fine. But good lord, the wretched sound system makes all music, even decent Christmas carols, sound like someone's strangling a cat who woke up that morning with a sore throat. Sometimes I just can't bear it, so I hit the Penetanguishene Foodland instead.”

That said, not all the staff on the floor are helpful and pleasant. I have experienced several with attitude challenges which unfortunate.
It hasn't discouraged me from returning because it's nearby and convenient but I can do without the attitude.”
“Do i love the superstore? As a whole? No. What i do love is community. And despite the corporate nature of this Loblaws real canadian superstore, there is a shining beacon of community within. A small man in a massive cog who brightens every visit. This man is Dustin the Cashier. Often seen at the self checkouts, his deference is second to none, whilst still stepping in when the need arises. Neither overbearing nor a ghostly presence, he has the perfect etiquette of a fine young lad that i would expect from this beautiful community.
Dustin may just be a person, but in my eyes he has come to represent my hope for the future of our world. If the grocer of a supermarket is willing to give you the time of day, then why not that pretty lady sitting across the room? Why not the handsome mustacheoed man who punches you movie ticket? Or the tall barroness who flitters past, as you wait for your mcdouble and tots to arrive?
A symbol is a powerful thing. In all my years on this earth have i found no greater truth. One person can only do so much, but that person virtues may go on to change the world, and history as we know it. Dustin has become a symbol for me, and to that end, i could never ask for anything more. I am finally content. I am finally whole. And my groceries... have been rang through.”

“Very clean, well stocked and organized. Only downside was how long I had to wait for help with flashfood order. They were quite apologetic over the wait and very eager to ensure I felt their sincerity though. Made up for the wait.”
