“I’ve had a great experience at F45. Everything is very well organized, and the workouts are structured in a way that makes every minute count. What I value most is the efficiency. I can walk in, complete an excellent full-body workout, and walk out in just 45 minutes. At a traditional gym, I’d often spend close to two hours trying to accomplish the same thing. F45 has helped me optimize my time without compromising the quality of my workout.

On top of that, the team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and supportive. They create a positive atmosphere that keeps you motivated and makes every workout enjoyable. If you’re looking for effective training that fits into a busy schedule with coaches who genuinely care, I highly recommend F45!”

“Highly recommended

If you haven’t tried Onyx Fitness yet, you’re seriously missing out! My wife encouraged me to try a class here, and I’m so glad I did—it completely surpassed my expectations.

The environment is nothing short of amazing. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the positive energy and welcoming vibe that sets the tone for an incredible workout. The classes are well-structured, perfectly balancing intensity and fun, making sure you’re not only challenged but also motivated every step of the way.

Lori Ann, the owner, is truly fantastic. She’s passionate, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable, which shines through in every detail of the gym and its programs. The rest of the team is equally impressive—supportive, professional, and great at keeping you engaged and on track toward your fitness goals.

Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out, Onyx Fitness has something for everyone. I can’t recommend this gym enough! If you’re looking for a place that combines a great atmosphere with expert guidance and an awesome community, this is it. Don’t wait—give it a try!”

“I actually hate gyms. I’ve joined many over the decades and paid extra for the personal trainers and personalized programs and despised all of it. I’ve joined running clubs and outdoor boot camps. Tried online programs but never felt motivated. My objective previously was always one thing : loose weight and fit into smaller sizes.

Then I started having severe pain in my elbow and neck/shoulder area. Doctors suggested weight training to strengthen muscle and to stave off osteoporosis. Someone suggested Farm Girl Fitness. I reluctantly went to check it out. “Oh. A gym. In a renovated horse stable. Cute. But it will just be the same as all the others”.
Went to my initial assessment. Waiting for them to pull out a scale and then some BMI calculator. But that never came. They measured my current strength and balance. Asked me about my life and what I want out of exercising. I don’t want to be in pain anymore.
Then I started. It was hard. The coaches just ask one thing of you “Just try. And we can modify if we need to. But first - try”.
I couldn’t do a plank for more than 10 seconds. Push-ups? Ha! A few times I mumbled through a fake smile saying “I’m NOT doing that. These people are nuts”.
But I tried. And tried. And I didn’t care what I looked like trying. I felt supported by the coaches and the other members - not in a cheesy cheerleader way - but in a “I see you. You’re doing this. It’s hard. And you’re still trying” kinda way.

A couple of days ago I was about to start a plank and thought, “ I wonder if I will be able to hold it until the end”. I did. I went to do push-ups and thought “I wonder if I can do them all without switching to my knees.?” I did. After a year of trying turned into “I CAN”.
I can’t imagine my week without going to Farm Girl Fitness now. While I have aches and pains from working muscles I haven’t worked in years - the other kind of pain is practically gone. While my motivation this time wasn’t to loose weight and fit into smaller sizes - that has ultimately been a byproduct of the consistency.
I feel stronger. More Confident.

I still think they’re all kinda nuts! But if being the kind of nuts to build a community that convinces people they ARE capable to do hard things to get stronger and healthier - well sign me up.
Thanks Jessie and FGF team. You’re changing lives one crazy class at a time. Keep going.”

“I joined anytime fitness more than year ago and Johny Ishi is my personal trainer from day 1st. I've been training with him for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. He is highly professional, knowledgeable, and always brings a personal touch to every session, which keeps the workouts enjoyable and motivating.

I've worked with other trainers in the past, but he is by far the best. He genuinely cares about his clients' progress and knows how to make each training session exciting and effective. I look forward to continuing my fitness journey with him and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent personal trainer. Johny is the best!!!!”

“I have been going to Orange theory since Feb of this year. I really enjoy the workouts which always push me to do more every class.I have never done strength training in my life, used to do cardio more, and these classes have changed my perspective.

I can see changes in my body composition, and have increased endurance levels. I try to attend the morning class which keeps me energetic throughout the day. Another thing is that you have your own dedicated space and machine and the place is clean. Coaches will always help you correct your form. Hats off to the coaches and the front desk team!”

“Its well maintained, plenty of equipment. Does get busy at peak times but you'll find that at anytime. Staff are largely uninvolved and the gym goers are respectful.

The caveat: weekend hours are seriously disappointing. Would suggest keeping it open later over the weekend.

Edit: Towel service should be an option!!
Also, I do agree with other users that wiping down/cleaning after use is poor. I'm not sure if folks need to be given a rundown when they sign up, but something needs to be done about it.”

“Great place with all the major equipment in well proportion and quite clean. Massage chair along with Tanning machine and Aqua bed makes it more promising. All this in ~15$ biweekly fees, that great deal and your friend/family can access in absence of you.”
