“After doing my research for a Christmas gift, I found myself at Rona Milton. Once I found what I was looking for, I wondered over to the checkouts and asked for help getting the large item into the cart.
I was met with a very lovely young man named Toby who happily helped me get the box over to the cashier.
I was about to push the cart to my car when Toby stopped me and insisted I drive the car over to the door so he could help me put the box in my car.
What a gentleman!!! So rare to find these days. I feel terrible because the cashier with him was so lovely too and I didn’t get her name.
We’ve been to this Rona before and have always found very helpful staff. Toby is an amazing addition to the team!!”

Not only did he do a great job with the new door but also fixed my old door enough to make it useable in the time period between order and new install. “Went to Rona for the first time for shopping. It was great experience. My car was getting out weight because of load of concrete , Peter and Justin suggested me to make 2 trips so that car does not get impacted.
It might have increased their work a bit , but still they helped me . I am surprised by some bad comments and reviews of Rona . For me , it was great experience .

“10/10 service. Came with a broken shear pin. Ivan was super helpful. He asked the technician if a quick repair was possible tk avoid shipping and wsit times and the tech made time for me. Saving me the drive back to Toronto. Ill definitely be back (i dont expect same day service all the time) but I appreciate the love from this location.”

The main reason was the plumbing guy in this location, he was (Andrew if I am not wrong was his name ) so helpful, knowledgeable and polite. He explained and told me exactly what I needed. Nothing compared to Home depo wich I went before.
He went beyond and above to help me get the right things.
I recommend anyone to use this location, especially for plumbing.”
