“After several disappointing experiences with Honda and a local garage (begins with S and ends in L) I was at loss on who I could trust with the repairs on my 2010 Honda Civic. My brothers and a friend referred me to Caruso’s Service Centre on Royal Windsor Drive. Apparently, they’ve been going to him for years. They assured me that Claudio was a man who earns your trust.
I brought my car to him on Thursday (October 23), it’s been making the most embarrassing sound, along with a list of ‘Deferred’ repairs Honda said needed to be done. Claudio spent about 30 minutes assessing the car and took it for a brief ride – after which he explained the most important repair that needed to be done and removed the offending noise maker (all free of charge). He quoted me a price (which I found very reasonable and less then Honda by about $200). I booked an appointment for the next day (was amazed he could accommodate me) and picked my car up later that evening.
My only regret is not knowing about Caruso’s sooner, it would have saved me a lot of money, but most importantly a lot of worry.
I will be bringing my car back to Caruso’s for any future repairs, service and tire swaps.”
“I had a leak in my tire ? and was loosing air fast, so I was looking for tire service in the area and as I was speaking to Gregory from Kitchen Land he told me about Blue Sky Automotive Services that was located around the corner and told me to go visit Valentino there.
I came by thinking I’d probably won’t have any luck getting it fixed soon, but to my surprise Valentino was available and he fixed my tire in few minutes.
I couldn’t recommend their services enough. Very solid crew, great customer service with fast and reliable service! Thank you Valentino and Blue Sky Automotive team.”

They made a custom made Y piece 3hours labour and installed for less then a quarter of the dealer price

I cannot give these people high enough praise. The first time I had trouble with my car was 2 weeks ago - my headlights were off. They fit me in and fixed the problem within an hour. Today I had trouble with starting my car. They took me in, even though they were fully booked. Tested battery. Was fine. Gave me options and I left the car for diagnostics. They found out within an hour that it was the starter. Got part in within an hour. Fixed all by 530. These people are transparent about cost and work hard to please people. Amazing team. “I live nearby Unity Pro Auto Service and I was looking for a repair shop as I wanted to switch the one I've been using for quite a few years and I was not happy with in the end.
I saw James' reviews and I was puzzled by the number of 5 stars. I visited him to book my car for an oil change and now that the job is done, I can say that I'm impressed with him: great communicator, fair, open, and knowledgeable. The fees are very fair. No-nonsense approach. I will return for any other car needs.

“I have known Br. Shaffat since he opened the shop at lakeshore. So this review reflects almost 10 years of experience.
I have without EXCEPTION found br. Shaffat to have work with the highest of ethics and integrity. Over the years I have seen every single technician at the shop trained and supervised by him personally to be meticulous and mindful when it comes to doing quality work. One of the bonuses you get without paying ridiculous dealer rates is the cleanliness and care br. Shaffat and the other technicians take, they don’t make a mess of the vehicle with stains and grime.
Never in have had to visit for the same issue twice, it’s done right the first time, every time. The prices are exceptionally fair and br. Shaffat is very mindful when it comes to everyone’s unique circumstances.

“i called in the morning about my hyundai’s check engine, asking to book an appointment. they offered the next day in the morning so they would have enough time to check for the cause, i let them know i have classes that day and wouldn't be able to make it for then and the person on the phone bumped my appointment up and accepted me same day!
the great experience didn't stop there because when i arrived the mechanic greeted me and got to work figuring out the cause of my check engine, gave me a good price and worked fast from there being accommodating and pleasant the whole time!
not to mention how comfortable the lobby is with many seats, a tv, and chargers available to use for phones etc!
i cannot recommend this place enough and i will definitely be coming back !”
