“Excellent hidden gem fragrance shop. They have so many fragrances from just about any brand you can think of and you can tryout any fragrance. The staff are very friendly and helpful and prices are alot better than many other fragrance retailers. Love that it's close by to me and it's a physical store.”

“Ordered the sage green sui on Monday and I called and spoke with who I assume was the owner. I needed the suit for a wedding on the Saturday. He was kind enough to ship it and he did it with delivery by 10:30am. I got it the Wednesday and was able to take it to the tailor to fix for me. “Simon’s is the only Canadian department store still standing so I try and support it. My reason was to return an item I bought online. The return was fast and straightforward. I hadn’t been to a physical Simons store in a while and I admired how clean and organized the it was. The quality of the goods is very high and some items are high end, but they’re balanced with many very stylish and affordable items.”
“went to this location knowing they have better selection on mens shoes with attractive price. Initially was just searching for the shoes I want it, however I cant find the size for the one I really want, and at this time one of the sales associates believe the name is Amy Liu approached and offer the help to search the inventory room, with some effort she is able to find me the size that fits my feet perfectly. I would like to point out that compare to some of the sales associates that just want you to make the purchase, Amy really litsen to what you looking for and provide thoughtful recommendation, as result I purchased additional shoe and a nice sweater at a later time.
this has been a very pleasant shopping experience to me and looking forward to buy more from this location.

“Really good experience so far. I discovered them when IM Label closed and sent me a coupon for $100 off a suit here. The coupon expired but I was told it would be honored before I even had a chance to ask. The service so far has been great and they're trying really hard to please.I went in to try the suit on last week and it was so great. The jacket fit so well, I was very impressed. The pants were fine but I expected them to be slimmer, maybe a personal choice but I was told they would make the changes no problem and I'm just waiting for the alterations now. Other than the slimness of the pant leg, everything else actually fit really well.I got my jacket unlined and it looks really good. I was worried it might look weird but they did such a professional job that I think it looks better than if it were lined and now it's also a little cooler to wear.Overall this looks like a great place to pick up a suit!UPDATE: This is coming late but the suit turned out perfect after my adjustments and I get a ton of compliments on it! I went back for a wool coat the following year and I am in the process of booking an appointment for another suit! Amazing quality!”

“I had an excellent experience thanks to Dan’s customer service. I came in looking for a specific pair of safety shoes, but unfortunately they didn’t have my size in stock at this location. Instead of just sending me elsewhere, Dan took the time to recommend that I try on a different pair from the same brand to confirm my correct size. This way, he could make sure the pair I wanted at another Mark’s location would fit properly before I made the trip.
That level of thoughtfulness and attention really stood out. Dan went above and beyond to make the process easier for me and made sure I wouldn’t waste time going to another store for the wrong size. Absolutely the best customer service from Dan!!! 😊”

I especially want to mention the sales called Bronwyn, the sales associate who helped me. She was incredibly patient, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. While some other staff members were chatting, Bronwyn stayed focused on helping me find the right sizes, bringing different pieces, and assisting me all the way until the end.

“Where can you find the hottest styles for kids and adult clothing, great quality (aka. last more than 1 cycle in the wash), and affordable... Joe Fresh! This beats any competitor in the same price point ... H&M, Zara (this is actually more expensive!), Costa Blanca, Forever 21, Old Navy, and Mango. All the other places just don't have the smart sensibility that makes you look chic instead of cheap. It helps that the designer is also married to the Pink Tartan designer and also helmed Club Monaco and Alfred Sung before it was sold. How's that for pedigree! I really do love how the style is new but not 'dated'. I can wear most of these pieces the year after and not look like some poor schmuck that rummaged last year sales. The quality is outstanding. I bought a slew of these cute dresses, shorts, and tops for my niece. She actually outgrew these before any of them showed wear and tear from the constant bleaching and washing. Considering the prices are less than $15 per piece... it's a true bargain. I also love how the kids clothing doesn't look like barbie just exploded on a piece of cloth. They're definitely kids clothing but they're a bit refined as well. As for the adult pieces, I wish they were made smaller for me. I would snap up so many things here. A lot of them are so well made (they're lined!!!) and the fit and finish is much higher than the price point would normally allow. Plus the textures and cloth weight are softer than most of the other stores at the same price. I don't know how they do it but please keep it up... just make them smaller... PLEASE!”
