“I had a great experience at Maximum Fragrance. Ehsun was incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in with my brother. He let us try a wide range of fragrances and was genuinely friendly the whole time, even joking around and calling me “son,” which made the experience feel more personal.
What stood out most was how patient and non-judgmental he was. We were spraying different scents on ourselves and on tester strips, taking our time to figure out what we liked, and he never rushed us or made us feel uncomfortable.
The selection is seriously impressive too. They have a mix of dupe, niche, and designer fragrances, all at really reasonable prices that honestly match what you’d find at places like Winners or Marshalls.
Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. Easily the best fragrance store in Mississauga. The 5-star reviews are there for a reason.”
“I’m updating my review after things were ultimately resolved well.
My initial experience in person was positive — the fitting appointment itself went smoothly. However, when I later called to request adjustments, the phone interaction was unexpectedly discouraging and unprofessional. I was told to “just walk in and maybe we’ll see you,” which felt dismissive and honestly made me wonder whether I should bother returning. That was the reason for my original negative review.
That said, when I did come in, the experience completely turned around. Julian was excellent — professional, efficient, and clearly skilled. He quickly re-measured, identified what needed adjusting, and handled everything without hesitation. The corrections were completed within a week, exactly as promised, and the final result is very good. I’m genuinely happy with the suit and with the in-person service I received.
So while there was a clear communication hiccup on the phone the face-to-face service was strong, the work was done promptly, and the product itself met expectations. I appreciate that the issue was corrected and feel comfortable revising my review accordingly.”
“I ordered my custom wedding suit from Surmesur. Worked with Cameron, who was a dream to work with. His knowledge and style were evident immediately in the early stages as we planned and built the look, colours and design of the suit. We crafted a unique 3 piece suit that went with boots and it turned out exactly as envisioned. We added a custom pocket to the interior of the suit coat that was both sentimental and fit seamlessly with the look of the suit. I'll be going back to Cameron for future suit needs without a doubt. Make sure to order well in advance, Cameron gave accurate time lines for construction and modification and everything was ready well ahead of the day.”

I needed a suit asap for a community event and didn’t have his tailor available. Without a doubt he measured me, took it to a near by tailor and within 30 mins I had a suit ready to go!

“went to this location knowing they have better selection on mens shoes with attractive price. Initially was just searching for the shoes I want it, however I cant find the size for the one I really want, and at this time one of the sales associates believe the name is Amy Liu approached and offer the help to search the inventory room, with some effort she is able to find me the size that fits my feet perfectly. I would like to point out that compare to some of the sales associates that just want you to make the purchase, Amy really litsen to what you looking for and provide thoughtful recommendation, as result I purchased additional shoe and a nice sweater at a later time.
this has been a very pleasant shopping experience to me and looking forward to buy more from this location.

“I had an excellent experience thanks to Dan’s customer service. I came in looking for a specific pair of safety shoes, but unfortunately they didn’t have my size in stock at this location. Instead of just sending me elsewhere, Dan took the time to recommend that I try on a different pair from the same brand to confirm my correct size. This way, he could make sure the pair I wanted at another Mark’s location would fit properly before I made the trip.
That level of thoughtfulness and attention really stood out. Dan went above and beyond to make the process easier for me and made sure I wouldn’t waste time going to another store for the wrong size. Absolutely the best customer service from Dan!!! 😊”

“I’ve been waiting to receive the survey to leave my review, but since it never arrived, I’m sharing it here in hopes that management will see it and recognize the associates accordingly.
We made a mistake and completed a large purchase using the wrong card. We went to RW&Co at Square One about 30 minutes before closing, hoping we could switch the method of payment. Sommer and another associate (who we believe may be the manager—she was incredibly warm and friendly) assisted us through the entire process with genuine kindness and patience.
Sommer had to scan 37 shirts to process the return and then scan them all again for the repurchase—something she could easily have declined so close to the end of her shift. We felt terrible for the extra work, but she provided exceptional service throughout. She took the time to ensure every discount was applied correctly and even helped repack everything for us.
We want to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to Sommer and the team for their outstanding help. We also work in the service industry, so we understand how meaningful it is to be recognized for your efforts. People often leave reviews only when they have complaints, but excellent service deserves to be acknowledged too.

“I had a wonderful shopping experience today and purchased several clothing items.
I especially want to mention the sales called Bronwyn, the sales associate who helped me. She was incredibly patient, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. While some other staff members were chatting, Bronwyn stayed focused on helping me find the right sizes, bringing different pieces, and assisting me all the way until the end.
She made the entire shopping experience very comfortable and enjoyable. Her service was truly outstanding, and the store is very lucky to have her as part of the team. Thank you again for such a great experience!”
