“Today we stopped into Nina's despite not having an appointment as it was a Thursday afternoon. We were searching for a prom dress for my daughter. Raf was extremely helpful with getting my daughter into different dresses and making her feel great. It only took trying on three dresses to find the one she loved. I wasn't sure what to think when I initially walked into the store but what we found was an energetic, kind and helpful staff, a good selection of dresses with lots of sizing, and an overall great experience. I think if your attending this store expect to respect their boundaries regarding their dresses and store expectations which are reasonable.

“Heard in the radio there is a sale so while in Oakville Place location I looked at some jeans but they didn't have my size. Then I came to Clarkson Crossing and not only did they have my Jeans in my size BUT those same jeans were on Clearance... Score! I ended buying two pairs. Fitting rooms need a refresh and more wall hangers to hang your items on while changing. Large mirror in the fitting room though so that's helpful indeed.
Employees Emily & Raj were helpful and courteous to get proper sizes and styles while trying on some clothes. Friendly girls that offered some style suggestions too!
Prestige card helps to get more discounts even on sale items so it's worth the $20 annual membership fee. Reduced annual fee if one auto renews it 1 month before the expiry date too! Cool!
Nice also that some Le Chateau items are in store now too since they were bought out some years ago by Suzy Shier.”

“I came in to shop their BOGO deal a couple weeks back and just wanted to highlight the associate who assisted me. Alyssa who was the one that helped me find the right bras was absolutely phenomenal. She was so incredibly nice and had amazing customer service skills. She did an amazing job and is such a beautiful person who has such a kind soul. She truly went above and beyond to help me and is such a wonderful person.
On another note pink has the best bras. I get the everyday t-shirt bra and it’s by far the best bra i’ve ever bought.”

“This is inside the Loblaws, the standalone location in the next door plaza shut down years ago. There's only one entrance on the other side of the store.
In the area the Argentia road Superstore has the biggest Joe Fresh, then Erin Mills Loblaws, then this store. There is no counter or fitting room. At least half is for kids. A good chunk of it is 50-70% off, most of it looked like it was for kids.
The Superstore recently removed the Baby section it had off to the side and integrated it with the existing square section. Baby section was opened up for the Kids Zone. Erin Mills was renovated in 2023 and while the Joe Fresh was significantly reduced, it still has more than this store. It still has a counter and fitting rooms.”
“I’ve been waiting to receive the survey to leave my review, but since it never arrived, I’m sharing it here in hopes that management will see it and recognize the associates accordingly.
We made a mistake and completed a large purchase using the wrong card. We went to RW&Co at Square One about 30 minutes before closing, hoping we could switch the method of payment. Sommer and another associate (who we believe may be the manager—she was incredibly warm and friendly) assisted us through the entire process with genuine kindness and patience.
Sommer had to scan 37 shirts to process the return and then scan them all again for the repurchase—something she could easily have declined so close to the end of her shift. We felt terrible for the extra work, but she provided exceptional service throughout. She took the time to ensure every discount was applied correctly and even helped repack everything for us.
We want to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to Sommer and the team for their outstanding help. We also work in the service industry, so we understand how meaningful it is to be recognized for your efforts. People often leave reviews only when they have complaints, but excellent service deserves to be acknowledged too.
We truly hope Sommer receives the recognition she deserves for her professionalism and dedication. Thank you.”

Whether I've done the entire design myself, or they've made one from scratch for me, each has been perfect!
Recently had a small order of two jerseys done, and the turnaround time from design to delivery was insanely fast.
I always get the super knit/hockey grade fabric for my paintball jerseys, because they breathe well and are super durable.
Not one of them has had any signs of pilling.
I've crawled through tons of dirt and thorns, and they have held up the whole way. The stitching as well hasn't given way, which is super impressive.
Years ago had one issue, and that was the jerseys being printed on a lighter material than the one requested. They let us keep the error ones and sent new ones out super fast, at zero expense to me.”

“I ordered my custom wedding suit from Surmesur. Worked with Cameron, who was a dream to work with. His knowledge and style were evident immediately in the early stages as we planned and built the look, colours and design of the suit. We crafted a unique 3 piece suit that went with boots and it turned out exactly as envisioned. We added a custom pocket to the interior of the suit coat that was both sentimental and fit seamlessly with the look of the suit. I'll be going back to Cameron for future suit needs without a doubt. Make sure to order well in advance, Cameron gave accurate time lines for construction and modification and everything was ready well ahead of the day.”
