I went in with my partner to return something recently and she went above and beyond. There was an issue related to quality and she gave me no difficulties with the return.
She took the initiative to speak to her supervisor to have the item refunded without me even asking. We were really impressed with her service and kindness.”

“Came into this location today to finish up some last minute shopping. Today was a perfect day to do so.
The store was very quiet, a few shoppers strolling around. The first thing I noticed was how clean and organized everything was.
Displays were stacked and refilled and the floors were clean and aisles clear of any and all debris.
I also noted staff in various aisles fixing and rearranging items on the shelves.
I loved how easy and accessible everything was and every item had a home.
There was plenty of parking available as well.
The obky drawback for me which dropped the rating to a 4 was the exit aisle. The concept is very frustrating especially to folks who want to see what's being offered.
On a day when the store is busy and the line up extends more towards the door, people aren't likely to give you space to check out thesw items on the way out. They will no doubt think you're cutting in line.
And while I understand the thought process behind the design aka last minute find etc. It just doesn't work.
Multiple times people stood at the end thinking I was in line while I was browsing. Again at the end of shopping I overheard two women saying how flawed the system was.
Again folks thought we are all in line when in fact some only some of us were while others were browsing.
Other than this it was a great experience ??
Will definitely be back to this location.”

“This place is a great help. Went in once a couple months ago for 1 bolt that had been missing from some furniture and they gave it to me for free. Went in on saturday for another bolt. Offered 5 dollars to buy 1 bolt so they could offset some of the costs when someone only needs 1 bolt or nut and they said not to worry about it. They gave me the one bolt! Generous and nothing but gentlemen working here.”

“We’ve been going to this Walmart for years and they always have fresh produce. Their workers are also very helpful and knowledgeable. I came in a few days ago looking for a specific item and didn’t see it on the shelves and noticed that there was a box of it on the top shelf. I asked one of the employees for help and she was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name. I highly recommend this location because of their great customer service.”

“I went to Walmart Square One today to get some Tums, Magnesium & some itching cream. Because of the snowy and windy weather forecast, I wanted to get in and out of Walmart as fast as possible. So I asked for help but the person I asked told me I had to find it myself because she didn’t know where they were. So I went around the Pharmacy and Beauty area, there was someone (her name is Li) standing at the stand alone cashier and when she noticed that I needed help, she came around and showed me where all the stuff was. She even compared the prices and the products for me in order to get the Best Value. This shows how much she cares for her customers. She was very patient, friendly, helpful and professional, she spoke very softly, I kept thanking her for helping me but she said this is why she’s here for: helping people. During so many Walmart visits, this is the only time I receive the Best customers service ever!!! I really appreciate all she did for me and she saved me a lot of time so I missed the major winter storm! Thank you Li for all your help and support!?”
