“Great experience as I was nervously buying something I knew nothing about as an anniversary present for my husband (Tech Pro tool bag). Spoke to Tony on the phone who was very helpful and accommodating. I couldn’t come in for about 4 days but they assured me they would keep my item for me and it would be ready. It was, and as I talked with the employee who helped me when I got there he reassured me my husband would be VEEY happy with his gift but they would give a full refund or exchange if not. He was right-he LOVES it. I’d use this place again. I drove quite a ways to get to it but because of the confidence I have in them, I would do it again and use them in going forward. Great store and employees.”
“Got to tell you a great story - this business has great staff. I went to their 1st annual woodworking show in Concord. I purchased a refurbished drum sander - BTW was clearly told that this was a product that was sold "AS IS - NO WARRANTY". I purchased the product got it home, started it up and it had a wild vibration. Had to wait to call back on Monday - Got my salesman Scott on the phone. I explained my situation - It was clear in talking to him that he was going to take care of me. He said " I'll get someone to call you from customer service today, but know that if this goes sideways, please call me back. ( this guy clearly cared about getting me getting taken care of - this is so reassuring!!). Just got back, they swapped the unit out for another that works great. What amazing customer service from a store that I get to keep loving. Thanks again Scott for your great customer experience, You will get my business for many years to come.”
“1st visit, July 28, 2024: Came in just browsing as I was in this plaza. This store has great white/black artificial marble (carrara marble) slabs (4x4 feet). Good for future bathroom or kitchen rennovations. I'd want white marble for bathroom (goes better with bathtubs, etc). Black marble maybe for kitchen.
If bought, then I just need to measure the dimensions of my bathroom/kitchen, then I would have the contractors measure and cut out the squares for shower head, etc. Need to use a table saw to cut it. Also, the contractors would have to first remove the previous tiling.”

It’s a lot easier to find help here than the other hardware stores. That makes a huge difference because I don’t often fix stuff around the house so any advice I get is very much appreciated. The staff here are all so patient and caring.”

“I went to two Rona stores in Brampton . very negative approach. I called this Mississauga store and Benji helped me to locate the vanity I was looking for . I confirmed that this store have my vanity , he said yes ! I drove there and ask customer service. They called Benji and I told him I am the one called for Vanity . He said yes ! With no minutes he got my order and not only looked for it but made it ready for me in cart. Such a excellent experience whereas Brampton Steeles location was discouraging us that this vanity is discontinued don’t drive to Mississauga staff is less on Sunday . Benji thanks a lot for your help and you got 100/100 . I tried to scan the code but I couldn’t make to do that. But I will always come to this Rona Store having Benji like staff there.”
