I purchased a hot water tank that was defective out of the box. The manufacturer's warranty process was rigid and bureaucratic, requiring multiple service calls for an obviously defective unit.
Marco saw that this wasn't getting resolved and worked with his supervisor to authorize a direct exchange in-store. I really appreciate them cutting through the manufacturer's red tape to get the problem fixed. Excellent customer service.”
