“I have never seen a shop like this before in my life. The dedication to their craft is on full display here. Good place for community vibes.
The amount of inventory for board games and accessories here is unparalleled. Truly, a great place to visit.”
“Had such an awesome experience with Great Hobbies! I bought a car about 7–8 months ago, and recently it started having technical issues and wouldn’t run. I was honestly worried about what would happen, but they completely exceeded my expectations. They helped me under warranty and fixed everything for free — new battery, accessories, everything!
The customer service was top-tier. Huge shoutout to Angelous K for being incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly and made it stress-free.
I was so happy with the service that I ended up buying another car today. If you’re into RC cars or need help with yours, I 100% recommend this place. Amazing service and great people”
“Big Boys has an impressive amount of RC equipment. I went in looking for a Spektrum radio and ended up finding the radio, receiver, connectors, and a couple of extra accessories I had been searching for. The selection alone makes the trip worthwhile. Pretty amazing.”
“Ya so didn't get to really shop in the store just on the stairs but was very friendly to my kid very kind and very polite very helpful and very thorough all in all a weirdly pleasant experience actually. Honestly the weirdest nicest experience with great customer service. Very genuine guy.”
“I went to Michaels to buy supplies for some small craft projects I work on at home. I had visited a few times before, and I discover different products every time. During this visit, I purchased acrylic paint, a brush set, a canvas, and a few decorative materials. The product variety is truly extensive, so I had the opportunity to compare different brands. One of the employees helped me choose the right paint and showed me options that suited my needs. I think it’s a great shopping destination for anyone interested in creative projects.”
“They went above and beyond - amazing customer service from sales to delivery and install. This Brunswick 8' Black Wolf Pro Pool Table has got us off our screens and has enabled many hours of family entertainment. Our only regret is that we wish we got this sooner. thank you !”

“Visited the location today with my 5yr old daughter. Environment was very welcoming and my daughter received a free pokemon card from one of the customers. Says a lot about a place in which it can facilitate this kind of friendly atmosphere.”
“I went for hookup wire, which they sold in various gauges in small spools, but it looked like they had pretty much anything electronics-wise you could ever need.”

“I now ONLY shop at Hobby Hobby due to the excellent customer service! I have shopped at other R/C stores in the past (I’ll leave them nameless) and have had multiple issues. But I recently purchased an R/C and had issues with the included battery, and Hobby Hobby jumped through multiple hoops to take care of me! A++++”
