The Best Shop has that small Temu-style vibe but with way better quality and a more organized selection. They’ve got a lot of unique items, household stuff, snacks, gadgets, and random finds you actually want to buy. The prices are good, the store is clean, and the customer service is honestly one of the best parts — everyone is friendly and helpful. Definitely worth checking out if you like discovering cool products without spending a fortune.”

“A couple of weeks ago, I traveled from the Aurora area to Angel Electronics to purchase a Hikvision solar-powered camera.
Not only did they match the price offered by my regular supplier, but Mohammad was also incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions, which made the entire purchasing experience enjoyable.
When I brought the camera back to my office for configuration before installation, it unfortunately wouldn't power on. I returned to the store, and without any hesitation or questions, they immediately replaced it. However, the replacement had the same issue.
This time, I was assisted by Malik. He quickly identified that the problem wasn't the camera at all—it was the wall plug adapter. He resolved the issue right away and even offered me a full refund if I decided I no longer wanted the camera.
Malik also patiently walked me through the camera configuration process in a calm and professional manner. After I returned to Aurora, we needed additional help setting up the camera with the SD card. Once again, Malik spent time with us over the phone, providing step-by-step instructions until everything was working properly.
I can honestly say I've never experienced this level of customer service, professionalism, and genuine kindness. It's rare to find a business that stands behind its products and goes above and beyond to help its customers.
I highly recommend Angel Electronics to anyone in the security and surveillance industry.
