“Visited this store today, located near Erin Mills Mall. They have a huge selection of household items with plenty of variety in every section. Prices are reasonable—not too high, not too low—and you can find something for almost every need. A must-visit place if you’re shopping for home essentials!”
“Came into this location today to finish up some last minute shopping. Today was a perfect day to do so.
The store was very quiet, a few shoppers strolling around. The first thing I noticed was how clean and organized everything was.
Displays were stacked and refilled and the floors were clean and aisles clear of any and all debris.
I also noted staff in various aisles fixing and rearranging items on the shelves.
I loved how easy and accessible everything was and every item had a home.
There was plenty of parking available as well.
The obky drawback for me which dropped the rating to a 4 was the exit aisle. The concept is very frustrating especially to folks who want to see what's being offered.
On a day when the store is busy and the line up extends more towards the door, people aren't likely to give you space to check out thesw items on the way out. They will no doubt think you're cutting in line.
And while I understand the thought process behind the design aka last minute find etc. It just doesn't work.
Multiple times people stood at the end thinking I was in line while I was browsing. Again at the end of shopping I overheard two women saying how flawed the system was.
Again folks thought we are all in line when in fact some only some of us were while others were browsing.
Other than this it was a great experience ??
Will definitely be back to this location.”

“This place is a great help. Went in once a couple months ago for 1 bolt that had been missing from some furniture and they gave it to me for free. Went in on saturday for another bolt. Offered 5 dollars to buy 1 bolt so they could offset some of the costs when someone only needs 1 bolt or nut and they said not to worry about it. They gave me the one bolt! Generous and nothing but gentlemen working here.”

“I’ve been shopping at Home Depot for more than six years. In my experience, employees are usually expected to help customers because it’s part of their job, but many of them often try to avoid helping whenever they can.
Today, I met Jack, and he was truly exceptional. You can immediately tell that he genuinely enjoys helping people. While he was assisting me, he was also paying attention to other customers to make sure everyone was taken care of. His kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude made a real difference.

“Would like to share my experience with the Walmart Optical at the South Common Mall. I needed to purchase a new pair of glasses and happened to be at the Dundas and Trafalgar location. The gentleman on duty was not very helpful. Thankfully I had my sister and was able to find a pair but did not purchase them. The following week I went to the South Common mall had taken a picture of the pair I liked and thought I would try them. Wow what a difference in service. From the moment I arrived the service provided by Soheila was exceptional. I was greeted, helped and both Soheila and Sameera showed me so many other options that was a better look for me. The patience, knowledge, and the feeling of not being rushed to make a decision, left me buying two pairs of glasses. I will definitely recommend them.”

“Giving a five star to the cashier I had yesterday. What a gem. Not sure if I am spelling his name correctly, but Sachin greeted us, folded clothing and packed our bags. I haven’t seen this done at a Walmart in years. Every cashier just scans and tosses your items to the side while you rush to try and pack before the next customer goes through. How refreshing it was to have someone like Sachin at the register.
I hope he gets some acknowledgement for this and perhaps management will encourage the other cashiers to do the same.”
