“This location is large, easy to navigate and has terrific staff! Specifically Shakar, a lovely employee who assisted me with a large carpet purchase, was everything! He took his time to give his opinion and he even sorted through rolled rugs to find one that suited the space I was looking to update. He is just a wonderful human that offered his help and assistance authentically. AT other locations, staff seemed annoyed to give you more time than they anticipated. Shakar was lovely. I highly recommend this location and this employee's help to anyone looking for a perfect rug! Five stars!”
“I’ve visited this location several times, but unfortunately each visit has left me disappointed. The quality of many of the products hasn’t met my expectations, and I often find the selection repetitive. I usually leave without finding anything I want to buy, which makes me less likely to return. I hope they improve the variety and overall quality of their merchandise.”

“This place is a great help. Went in once a couple months ago for 1 bolt that had been missing from some furniture and they gave it to me for free. Went in on saturday for another bolt. Offered 5 dollars to buy 1 bolt so they could offset some of the costs when someone only needs 1 bolt or nut and they said not to worry about it. They gave me the one bolt! Generous and nothing but gentlemen working here.”

“Came into this location today to finish up some last minute shopping. Today was a perfect day to do so.
The store was very quiet, a few shoppers strolling around. The first thing I noticed was how clean and organized everything was.
Displays were stacked and refilled and the floors were clean and aisles clear of any and all debris.
I also noted staff in various aisles fixing and rearranging items on the shelves.
I loved how easy and accessible everything was and every item had a home.
There was plenty of parking available as well.
The obky drawback for me which dropped the rating to a 4 was the exit aisle. The concept is very frustrating especially to folks who want to see what's being offered.
On a day when the store is busy and the line up extends more towards the door, people aren't likely to give you space to check out thesw items on the way out. They will no doubt think you're cutting in line.
And while I understand the thought process behind the design aka last minute find etc. It just doesn't work.
Multiple times people stood at the end thinking I was in line while I was browsing. Again at the end of shopping I overheard two women saying how flawed the system was.
Again folks thought we are all in line when in fact some only some of us were while others were browsing.
Other than this it was a great experience ??
Will definitely be back to this location.”

“I’ve been shopping at Home Depot for more than six years. In my experience, employees are usually expected to help customers because it’s part of their job, but many of them often try to avoid helping whenever they can.
Today, I met Jack, and he was truly exceptional. You can immediately tell that he genuinely enjoys helping people. While he was assisting me, he was also paying attention to other customers to make sure everyone was taken care of. His kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude made a real difference.

“Hidden gem in Mississauga!
The Best Shop has that small Temu-style vibe but with way better quality and a more organized selection. They’ve got a lot of unique items, household stuff, snacks, gadgets, and random finds you actually want to buy. The prices are good, the store is clean, and the customer service is honestly one of the best parts — everyone is friendly and helpful. Definitely worth checking out if you like discovering cool products without spending a fortune.”

“Would like to share my experience with the Walmart Optical at the South Common Mall. I needed to purchase a new pair of glasses and happened to be at the Dundas and Trafalgar location. The gentleman on duty was not very helpful. Thankfully I had my sister and was able to find a pair but did not purchase them. The following week I went to the South Common mall had taken a picture of the pair I liked and thought I would try them. Wow what a difference in service. From the moment I arrived the service provided by Soheila was exceptional. I was greeted, helped and both Soheila and Sameera showed me so many other options that was a better look for me. The patience, knowledge, and the feeling of not being rushed to make a decision, left me buying two pairs of glasses. I will definitely recommend them.”

“I just want to thank Melissa from customer service. She was working in the cosmetics department but seeing the high level of professionalism and compassion she displayed when assisting a customer who was not able bodied compelled me to write this review.
We don't see enough acts of kindness especially in the world we live in now but I'm absolutely sure she made that customer's day and the day of the rest of who were waiting in line to pay.

“Giving a five star to the cashier I had yesterday. What a gem. Not sure if I am spelling his name correctly, but Sachin greeted us, folded clothing and packed our bags. I haven’t seen this done at a Walmart in years. Every cashier just scans and tosses your items to the side while you rush to try and pack before the next customer goes through. How refreshing it was to have someone like Sachin at the register.
I hope he gets some acknowledgement for this and perhaps management will encourage the other cashiers to do the same.”

“Simon’s is the only Canadian department store still standing so I try and support it. My reason was to return an item I bought online. The return was fast and straightforward. I hadn’t been to a physical Simons store in a while and I admired how clean and organized the it was. The quality of the goods is very high and some items are high end, but they’re balanced with many very stylish and affordable items.”
