“A fabulous place for all your Portuguese grocery needs. They have a terrific selection of seafood. They even sell pre-soaked salt cod (I don't like how long it takes to soak the fish before you can cook it). Great selection of sausages and cheeses. As well, they have various Portuguese kitchen items that I was so tempted to purchase. Well worth the visit.”

“Our families go-to meat place. They’re kielbasa (especially Wiejska) and kabanosy are the best in the city. The moment you leave your car your nose evokes such excitement for the goods awaiting inside. Customer service is also exceptional here along with their prices. For a lunch snack, they also have a hot table and cheese crepes that I always take to go. Highly recommend if you haven’t checked it out. Just follow your nose. ;)”
“Absolutely recommended place, First time visit, amaze about their selections of products and produce in comparison to main stream groceries. Prices are at par. Hard to find items, some they have. I felt I am in different universe. Staff are helpful and friendly. Ample parking, great location.”

“Meats and some prepared meats are not the best here. But it's improved over the past few years. Not every prepared foods are offered during the work week...just the weekends. The rest of the prepared foods are gettng better too. They also stock more Japanese snacks and other groceries than most other Korean markets.
Update: their meats have improved. I'm buying their brisket cuts and pork belly now. Better prices than the other Korean market. Their natto selection has decreased a bit now. Line ups at the cash are also getting shorter.”
“I happened to be visiting the area and pitstopped for their sale which was great. When I entered, I was carrying my 10 month son and was immediately treated by employee Donna with a warm welcoming. I grabbed a cart and Donna offered to grab the items and help as I was carrying the little guy. I said it's okay but she still offered and helped. She then cashed me out and also offered to carry my purchase to the car although there were other customers. It was definatey inconvenient for her but she still offered but I advised that I need to get used to doing stuff like this and said thank you. The entire experience was wonderful and fun as Donna interacted with my son and they had a great time.

“Very spacious, nice looking store. The overall VIBE is better than other organic stores I’ve been to. For this reason, I keep going back. Some organic items are cheaper than other stores.
I like getting fresh greens, meat, sushi, pastry, kombucha, and some unique finds not carried by anyone else.
A great place to grab desserts, though I find some of them a bit too sweet for my taste.

“We get almost all Kerala vegetables over here. They have good fish stocks as well.
The store has been renovated recently, and its prices are slightly lower than those of other Kerala stores in the city. It is a good store for getting tropical fruits and vegetables.”

“We had Eddie’s cater our late night table for our wedding and had a great experience.
The food was amazing and our guests really enjoyed it as well. We had had Eddie's before at other weddings we attended and were likewise, always impressed with the spread and quality of the food.
Beyond the food itself, we really appreciated all of the work and effort that went into the event and making sure the spread was a success.

“sure, some grocery items on special may be hard to find but, their produce section always delivers. to top it off, they don't put a limit on how many you can buy (it's not like a customer will buy the entire store stock). take for example when berries are on sale. one can buy an entire case while similar discount stores will set a cap at four per. mostly just great deals.”

“This is a great supermarket with a much wider selection than just Chinese food. It's spacious and impressively clean - unlike many other Asian markets, there is no unpleasant smell, even near the seafood section. “We have Aljazeera catered at work and everyone loves it! We get both the chicken and beef shawarma wrap platters (with fries in the middle), along with garlic & hummus, rice, falafel, and their Aljazeera BBQ Special platter.
I WISH I could find out how they make their rice - it's my absolute favourite rice (I know, something so simple, but the flavour is great).”
