“When my wife and I were in the market for a new mattress, we knew we wanted to avoid the big box stores, specifically their salespeople who follow your every step around the store. We didn't want to order online because we wanted to try out the mattress before buying. We're extremely happy to have come across Mattressville. The showroom had good selection and prices were better than we expected! Alex was patient and kind, answering any questions we had and encouraging us to take our time trying out each mattress. He gave us space to chat amongst ourselves and never once did we feel pressured or as if someone was looking over our shoulder. We ended up purchasing the Kingsdown Cool Wave mattress, which was one of Alex's suggestions. We opted for in store pick-up and the mattress was ready in less than a week. Alex helped us load the box into our car, and once again was a pleasure to interact with. We've been sleeping on the mattress for a couple of nights now and love it. My wife and I both sleep in every position you could imagine (side, back, stomach) and this mattress has been comfortable throughout it all. Overall, we're super happy with our experience and would recommend Mattressville to anyone in the market for a new mattress!
14 MONTH UPDATE: Unfortunately our Kingsdown foam mattress has started to sag pretty substantially and is no longer comfortable. We’ve decided to replace it with a firmer hybrid mattress which will hopefully be more durable. Shopping at Mattressville was a great experience and I still recommend the store, I just wish we did more research on which brands would be best for us and personally would not recommend Kingsdown.”

We visited the store and met Ash. He's very professional and easy to deal with. We chose a mattress but we didn't buy it initially. However, later on that day, we called him to confirm. He didn't ask for down payment. He just took our shipping address and promised delivery within 1 to 2 weeks. Exactly, one week later, he delivered the mattress by himself and took the older one for recycling.

“Great comfort experience. I bought mattress from here 3 times. The first one was spring mattress which was good by price but didn't gave me that much comfort so I bought 2nd one from here with spending little more asking not to have spring just a foam base.Its been 2 year and it has same comfort. Its very smooth and soft. There was 2" inch gel foam on top. I dont know what else it comes with as he told me some technical 2-3 different layers.I also recommended to my friend and he also bought it from there.The one I bought was queen and now I am planning to buy another king size with extra comfort with spending little more. Expecting to get best quality.See you soon Raj. He is really nice guy and genuine business person to give satisfaction to there customers.
