The staff are consistently friendly and willing to help. Speaking to staff, it sounds like they update their inventory to include great trending products. They also price match! “Last day of in person shopping was yesterday (Sunday, October 29, 2023) as the owner, Kathleen, is moving to Western Canada. You can still order online on the website and she can deliver through shipping.Although we can still interact with Kathleen over email and Facebook, she and her birds will be missed tremendously. She is a human encyclopedia on birds and has helped me numerous times over the years with questions for my bird. Her store was so convenient to drop by to buy supplies for my bird ranging from food to toys to all types of cages and stand for a reasonable price. You could see in person exactly what you were getting for your bird. Kathleen and her birds especially the staple Eclectus in front of her store greeting you hi as you are shopping will be missed tremendously.Good luck Kathleen with the next chapter of your life!! We will miss you here in Toronto.”

“I recently moved to Mississauga from Vancouver and I was having trouble feeding my Maltese for weeks. I tried all the other recommended diets but my dog was being extremely picky. I decided to look up a Raw diet and stumbled upon Wolf Raw Food.The list of ingredients that went into the dog food really impressed me and it was conveniently located near square one where I lived so I decided to give them a try.The service and prices were amazing. I couldn’t have asked for anything more, the variety of foods and treats are perfect for all dogs.I started with the premium mix and chicken feet as a sample to see if my Maltese would like it. My doggo loved every bite.Wolf Raw Food has not only helped me put my dog on a regular eating routine but my Maltese truly enjoys her food, it’s a great way to get started with your doggo if you haven’t fed a raw diet before. It’s very similar to canned dog food, it’s excellently blended and you can see all the ingredients. The treats are also very generously priced and the quantity is amazing.Wolf Raw Food also has great presentation and really puts thought into the packaging and most of all they add free samples to the orders so I was able to get my dog to try and start eating liver bites/duck wings/ chicken feet/ and even different blends of their Raw food. My Maltese loves it and I can see her coat getting better, teeth getting whiter, energy levels increasing. Thank you so much for everything and I hope others can try and see the benefits for their doggos.”

I was recommended by a friend as I was needing to go somewhere to get my Pomeranian a proper hair cut- most places Ive been to didnt do a good job.The groomer gave excellent customer service by providing updates through text letting me know of any concerns and provided recommendations. ex. how often the claws should be cut, and maintaining clean ears. I went to pick up my girl and she was cutier than ever!The reason for not giving 5 star is honestly the parking lot is waaay to small. Even if you parallel park by the side of the building, what takes a 3 point turn turns out to take 10. Very tiny space/limited parking that results to street parking.”

“I just got my chihuahua's teeth cleaned here (they have a team who comes in once a month to take appointments) and it was a phenomenal experience, I'm so grateful that Pet Valu offers this as an alternative. The dogs are fully conscious when they do the cleaning and it's done within an hour. Lisa, who works there, was so kind and completely made me feel at ease with the entire process and went above and beyond to make this a perfect experience, someone give her a raise. I will definitely be back in six months for my dog's next cleaning.”

“First time going today to get bird food from this location. It is a very clean store with many different types of birds, fish, and many more. All the animals seem in good shape and lots of room to play. As a reviewer of Google map, what I do not understand is why some people complained about the conditions of the birds. I have seen all the birds with my own eyes. Some are very young while others are grown. They all seemed well fed and happy. I believe I have spoken to the owner or an employee today, he was very knowledgeable about my type of bird. He gave many suggestions which I was not aware of before. I definitely recommend this place.”
