“Edit Feb 2024They fixed their pork! Bought the BBQ pork there again and my dad recognized the old chef was working there again. This guy knows how to season the pork and it is GREAT again! If you buy nothing at Btrust at least get the pork. The fat is melty and the tender meat practically dissolve in your mouth. Seasoning is perfect. Skin is thick and crispy.The chef was kind enough to give a sample since we have been burned in the past and my dad bought 6 lbs of BBQ pork on the spot.We went to Yuan Ming initially (another Chinese supermarket 2 minutes away), but their pork was dank, meaning it had a bitter bloody iron metallic aftertaste. After that my dad and aunt took their $500 worth of grocery shopping to Btrust. It's weird how they will choose to only do business with places that know how do BBQ pork.Edit October 2023Bought BBQ pork there twice two weeks apart in October so that way it wasn't a first time fluke sample. They have a new BBQ meat master there and he sucks, my dad did not recognize the new guy and his Chinese BBQ pork is tasteless in the middle white meat area, the flavor penetration is not deep, and lacks salt. The meat is drier and tougher and not like before where it was tender with smooth fat integration strands keeping the meat moist. Skin is tougher too and chewy, before it was light, crispy, and satisfying. Not worth the $11.99/lb.Their Chinese BBQ pork, Peking duck, and Char Siu are pretty decent and decently priced compared to the T&T as of 2020 January. BBQ Chefs could change though.”

“I love this grocery store! they have such a wide variety of asian grocery items to choose from, their section for instant noodles is my favourite. They also have a lot of different sauces and condiments. Their produce section is okay, the bakery has your basic items and cakes, but is not the highlight of the store. They really have a great hot foods and ready made food section, salad bar, sushi, in store bubble tea and juice area and the star the halal hot food counter. It is the first thing you see when you walk in, they have a lot of different options and they are nice and fresh and halal certified. Usually the items are the same but last time I went they even had beef and chicken boa buns! You pick a container, fill the food you want and weigh the item at cash for the price. The one pictured was $17, the only downside is that it is hard to find employees to ask questions about for the items.”

“Very good grocery store. The products are good-quality, and the produce does not disappoint. The meat section is pretty good, and they do offer a large amount of seafood. My only complaint is the lineups. Sometimes, it gets too busy, and there are not enough cashiers. If you're in a rush, I would not recommend coming here in the afternoon. Besides that, everything is good.”

“I was at the location on Jan 18th, approximately 4:30pm, looking get some chocolate dip strawberries for my wife for her birthday, unfortunately there’s was none for sale, I talked a lady who was putting some doughnuts in a cabinet and asked her how do I get some, she informed me they are only available during valentine day, understand, but disappointed I told her why I wanted them, she jumped in to action told me to wait and I followed her to the bakery and she personally made a dozen of these amazing chocolate dip strawberries, I really have no words to thank this angle who stopped everything she was doing to help me, I will alway be a loyal customer and never forget her kindness, my wife was a happy lady, Maria thank you very much you’re the best, it’s so beautiful to know there are still great people who love what they do but always walk the extra mile to help….”
