Hours: The Source is a business that offers a combination of technology products and telecommunications services across Canada. Customers appreciate the helpful and friendly staff, such as Iqra and Jasmin, who provide patient and clear assistance, making the shopping experience smooth and stress-free. Iqra was praised for her patience and positive attitude in helping customers with plan switches and deals, while Jasmin was commended for her kindness and ability to explain technical details clearly, especially for those who are less tech-savvy. The store also features knowledgeable support for finding the best BYOD and home internet deals, with staff demonstrating professionalism and a willingness to help. However, not all experiences have been perfect. One customer reported frustration due to misleading information from an employee about included covers, which negatively impacted their trust in the store.
