“Here to provide a 6* Star Review to Nooshin, had an issue with an Esim since day one of purchasing the phone from Apple, this issue affected me on a trip, with spotty reception ... She did her troubleshooting, got rid of other ESIM that ended up there since day 1 activation for some odd reason, reinstated the ESIM, I also purchased a Physical SIM just in case to isolate the issue next time easy to swap in a spare phone, overall a smooth transaction, she was very welcoming from the get go, knowledgeable, understanding... The type of service everyone strives for and that I have not seen at these stores in a while and I have been a customer for a loong time.
