“Immediately after getting my google pixel screen repaired with what was apparently the OEM's screen, the fingerprint sensor wasn't working. If I had known this would happen I wouldn't have opted for a screen replacement and instead would have purchased a refurbished phone. Also, one month after getting the screen repaired, it randomly cracked when it was really hot out? Not a good experience to say the least. Was the screen a third party replacement?... I don't know if my experience was extraordinary but definitely there goes $400 down the drain. ?Edit: changed from 1-star to 5-star due to store generously replacing the defective screen free of charge. Thank you”

“This business is great. Most hole in the wall cell phone stores just give you the runaround selling cheap products and offer no customer support. None of that is true with this business. They stand behind their products. They offer great customer service and when there's an issue they're quick to step up and resolve it. I had bought a screen protector here that looked like it went on perfectly. My phone was still brand new and the lighting that the gentleman was using to put on the protector was a bit inadequate because my screen wasn't bright. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed a couple of bubbles on the screen with black specks underneath it, making it a bit of an eyesore. I brought the phone back in and asked if they could replace the protector. They said they absolutely could but preferred to just leave that protector on for now as long as it is okay with me and they gave me a replacement protector to take home and they said please come in and see us when your current protector is damaged and we will replace it for you. I've never seen customer service. This good for a store like this. They have my business for life and they should have yours!”
