I had the pleasure of dealing with Austin at the Dixie Outlet Mall location. He was professional, kind and charming. He went well and beyond to assist me and was quite friendly and helpful at the same time.
Whoever hired Austin made the right decision. I wish him the best and I hope his hiring manager knows how wonderful he is (as a person first and as a sales associate). He does his job with the utmost sincerity. Sadly, nowadays it is quite rare to find exceptional customer service representatives or sales associates that actually care.
