I wandered into the Nutrition House Erin Mills and met Osaid Syed and I tell everyone he changed my life forever. Osaid took the time to explain to me all of the different vitamins and minerals to take get me back onto a healthy path.I followed his advice diligently and i'm sitting here writing this 50 pounds lighter and CONSIDERABLY healthier (to the surprise of my family doctor).Osaid and the team at the Nutrition House Erin Mills are incredibly knowledgable and I love the fact that they take their time and explain things to me and answer all my questions.
