“As a new driver I was terrified of having to go to gas stations, as I've heard the staff there can be pretty lazy and unhelpful. After deciding to to go here, it's safe to say those rumors were false. Everytime the staff has been extremely helpful (in my most recent visit the old guy at the counter noticed my tires seemed low and offered to help me fill them back up), and they've seemingly gone out of their way to ensure a fast and efficient service.”

I've lived in the area for more than 10 years and the amount of effort and money this family has put into keeping this business open is probably great and I hope we can consider visiting the store. The mechanic is a really smart man and he took the time out of the day to help me adjust my alternator. We've had safeties performed here in the past as well. I am perfectly comfortable leaving my car here and in, fact I will be hopefully be dropping off a car here next week for repair. Thanks for your help!”

“The staff were experiencing technical issues at their gas pumps while I was there. They were very good with the customers. Surprisingly, their good humor was successful, and no one had a meltdown while waiting. We were only there for a bathroom break, but my kid got some cheesies out of the delay ?.”
“I give this location a 5 star because the employees there are very pleasant and hospitable. I use the word hospitable because when I use any of the the showers I really feel the the thoughtfulness and care they have for us drivers. The wash room and showers are always fresh and clean. I can actually sit and relax a bit before shower. Thank you guys for dedication in making us feel like we're home. Props to Hamilton petro pass.”

Last time, I didn’t know how to open the hood to refill the windshield washer fluid, and one of the employees came out in the freezing cold to help me. It was truly a great experience.”

“The workers at this gas station are the definition of trained very well and are people who have experience with a good attitude and how to handle situations and serve the costumers properly. The prices are VERY fair considering the other stations that aren’t shell will rip you off but this shell they make sure to have fair pricing. When I went in I was greeted by a boy who helped me out with what I needed and his name was Jawad. I would 100% recommend going here for good gas prices and top notch gas quality. I am very satisfied.”

“They're pretty good at dealing with customers quickly
I've had no issues except for when I come in with my prepaid Slurpee cup I have to wave it in the air so that the workers know I'm not stealing it that I have already purchased it previously
One day it was customer appreciation and it was $2.75 to fill any cup of Slurpee any size although the special cup that I had previously purchased is $2 flat for a refill
Instead of understanding that as a trained worker they gave me a look like I was crazy and told me it's okay it's $2.75 today with saving money I explained to them know I'm losing money you charged me $2.25 for the refill when it's supposed to be $2 now you're telling me it's $2.75 because it's a special day well that doesn't seem very special for me stop refusing to dish out the discounts that you have applied to cups that you have to purchase
I would like to give this a three-star or even a two-star but it was literally one situation with two workers”

“This is such a nice Petro Canada - the staff are extremely kind. I pulled over because my baby was crying and the man working at the counter came up and asked if I needed anything, and gave me a banana and a water to help him. Such a sweet gesture that was so greatly appreciated and I will keep coming back to this location wherever I can!”
