Showed up unexpectedly thinking that it was a storefront but it is a warehouse and he had no problem helping us out and made sure we still left with the items we were looking for. Definitely will be shopping again!”

They let us return and exchanged it for a size up. Great customer service all around. Store is well stocked with many items I've never seen at other chains.”

“Jana and her team are absolutely fantastic! They’re incredibly friendly, and Jana’s knowledge of the animals in their care is beyond impressive. She shared tons of helpful information about the parrot I recently adopted and even gave me great advice on the parrot I am now adopting. The whole team is welcoming and clearly passionate about what they do. If you’re looking to adopt a pet, especially a birb, this is the place to go. When I explained to the store owner that I didn’t know anything about cats, but that I wanted to impress my gf’s mom, he was quick to point me in the direction of the most impressive treat I could get.
