The company though needs to get in touch with the times. It's 2024. There is no capacity to allow for an agent to do the visual inspection of the locker. Not even sure why one was done as there was no paperwork saying the condition lf the locker, before /after the rental. Given the tenchonology available today with Zoom calls, Docusign, etc., etc, that it was mandatory for me to fly across the coutry to manually sign documents which could have been done through Docusign so that my mover could then load the locker is 30 years behind the times. If I was living local this would have been flawless. That I had to fly across country, not ideal.
But we can't blame Pat or his team, they are just doing what corporate dictates and corporate needs to get out of the 90's and adapt to the times.”

“Went to pickup a trailer and was helped by Jayden. He noticed that our wiring connector was broken and helped us get it sorted right away. While fixing our connector, he noticed that the hitch we had was not correct for our car and helped us pick out the correct height and educated us on the importance of having the trailer sit at the correct position, which we had been struggling with. All in all a good experience with Jayden.”
“Rent a trailer rather than borrow. U-haul trailers are well designed and maintained. They tow perfectly and can fit any car with a basic hitch. Beware one way rentals can have you driving out of your way to pickup and drop off and the reservation is only confirmed the day before you go. :(”

“These guys are great! The spaces are clean. I had a space for 4 years and NEVER any problem with bugs, mice, etc. Never had any trouble getting into my space. And when I was done and terminated my rental, they handled everything fast and MORE than fair. I even got a rebate for the time that I had paid for but didn't use. I had assumed that I wouldn't get that back, and I didn't even ask. They just sent it. This is an easy 5 stars!”
