“review date: august 30, 2022customer service date: july 8, 2022i ended up having to use penguin pickup @ mountain plaza mall (PPMPM) to retrieve a missed delivery attempt from purolator.the PPMPM is located inside the mountain plaza mall at the corner of upper james and fennell.i didn't know who PPMPM was, so i backchecked their website. they have excellent business hours so that all shift workers can access the store - they are open 7 days a week and have weekday evening hours.the website also explains who penguin deals with (retail and e-tail companies) and shipping providers, in addition to what services PPMPM provides.grabbing my package was straightforward. there were 2 guys at the store - 1 guy asked for my id and proof of package order even after i literally described exactly what i was going to get, who it was from and the carrier.i can respect the security aspect with verifying who i am, as there are unscrupulous people out in society.once info was supplied, my package was given to me and i was good to go.bottom line: i would use (and recommend to others) PPMPM as a pick-up location in the event the shipping provider was unable to safely deliver a package to my house. ?”

“If you want good service than please provide correct and specific information about your product, pay your duties (which goes to gov not dhl) , attach paperworks and make sure you dont have anything inside which falls in Dangerous goods or restricted.Also please use good box , 120x80x80 25KG cardboard box is limit for conveyable stuff rest can take longer and use bubble wrap if fragile .”
