“TL;DL/The Short Version: Home improvement/hardware store. Very big. Ok selection of indoor plants in March. The Long Version: We are looking for a new sink for our laundry room, so stopped by this Home Depot to look at sinks. They had a few options which we are considering. Since I recently started getting into plants, I also took a look at their indoor plants section. It was March and the selection was not bad. The plants were in ok shape in general. No plants looked in really rough shape like I saw at the RONA down the street. However, I was looking for a Pilea Peperomioides and they had quite a few at a good price ($7.99), but none nice and healthy enough that I wanted to take home. They all had some scarred, yellowing or dead leaves. They had some cute succulents though that I would have gotten if I was in the market for them at the time. Plants at big box stores don't usually get the best care, but they are much cheaper than at speciality shops, so that's the trade-off. Plants, aside, this Home Depot location is really big and has all the usual items you need for home improvement projects. The washrooms here were exceptionally clean during my visit and I like how the exit door is a push and not a pull. I hate having to pull a handle after I have freshly washed my hands, lol. This location is a bit tucked away, you can't see it from the street. Lots of free parking. Review #89 (2025)”
“This is our second time buying appliances at Home Depot. After shopping around we got the best service from Mike. We ended buying all three pieces from this location. Mike was very patient and understanding with our requests. We highly recommend this location.”

“Came in for an order pickup of mulch and two tanks of propane. Michael at the service desk was amazing and super helpful. Purchased two tank refills but they ended up only having one available. He apologized for the inconvenience and offered to help with the refund for the extra tank right away so I didn't have to wait in line. He was personable, friendly and very helpful. Keep up the great work and to the entire team as I shop at Home Depot daily - they are really really good especially at this location.”

I came from 1h30 away I want to thank the manager who did everything possible with an employee so that I could obtain the fan from the Quebec region thank you to both of you I received my fan customer service 10/10 I hope they get this message and recognize it”

“So far experience here is much better than the Coventry road Canadian Tire. The guy here also, asked me to ask dealer what tire size should I get. But, he also explained why isn't this safe for him to recommend a tire for my car.
He was also kind enough to provide me an estimated quote, based on the fact that I may go for a downsized rim. Really appreciated his efforts. The other day at the same store, another employee helped me to decide what's a potential fit for my car.
I mean I totally get it, that I should confirm from a dealer before making the purchase. But I still feel, anyone who sell tires should be able to do some research and tell for sure what's the best fit.
They delivered the same message as the Coventry store, but unlike them, had a super helpful attitude. Loved it.”

WoW WoW WoW, we had 5 star service, we met with Gino 3 times to do the evaluation, the plans and the final order. Gino is a very human person, attentive to our needs, good advice and very patient. He was able to answer all our questions, we always felt kindness and above all the concern to guide us well in our choices and our final decisions.
