“A long overdue review but I wanted to say special thanks to Meena and Jaron for fantastic service! I couldn’t be beyond impressed with their customer service and care.
I purchased a platinum engagement ring last year after searching half the city for the perfect one within my limited budget. Not only did Monaco deliver with exceptional care, but the owner went above and beyond. He even upgraded my ring to a larger diamond and better clarity than what we originally agreed upon without charging me more. Meena’s customer service was phenomenal as she guided me on her ring design opinions and how to clean/ care for the ring. Meena is the best!
