“I have been shopping with Birks for about 5 years. I bought Muse Ribbon collection, pearls and a Roberto Coin ring from the downtown location. Lately I only shop at Bayshore exclusively. They have a large selection of jewelry on sale up to 50% off! The Asian lady working there was very nice and helpful! The store just have a friendly vibe. I purchased a platinum engagement ring last year after searching half the city for the perfect one within my limited budget. Not only did Monaco deliver with exceptional care, but the owner went above and beyond. He even upgraded my ring to a larger diamond and better clarity than what we originally agreed upon without charging me more. Meena’s customer service was phenomenal as she guided me on her ring design opinions and how to clean/ care for the ring. Meena is the best!
