“I had placed an order for my snowbird mother’s medications through the online pharmacy. When the refill didn’t arrive until the day before her flight, I panicked and called Costco Barrhaven pharmacy. Since I was calling just five minutes before the closing time, I wasn’t expecting the call to be picked up. I was pleasantly surprised when Tariq responded to the call and helped calmed my nerves. He explained the process to do the transfer process for prescription and said he would immediately call the online pharmacy to do the transfer before the online pharmacy closed. 15 minutes later (this after the pharmacy closing time) he called back to inform me that he had completed the transfer and that my mother’s prescription will be ready for an urgent pick up the next morning. Tariq was very professional, empathetic, and considerate throughout the conversation. At no time did I feel that he was rushing things. Thanks Costco and Thanks Tariq for your great client service!”

“No other place in the city can beat this food court in terms of the cost and quality of food. The chicken strips and fries I’ve tried here are the best! Their poutine is also very delicious. It’s often difficult to get a spot during the busy hours but it’s still worth visiting this place for food.”
