“Firstly, I was drawn to the store by a employee promoting the sale right outside the store over the last weekend before Christmas. It was very great people-to-people marketing!
Once inside, every worker was super helpful! Customer service was really great! Which I feel had a trickle down effect to how customers treated one another while navigating a very small space. Didn't feel crowded, everyone was so polite.
I ended up purchasing two graphic tees (both Nirvana) super happy with my purchase!”
“Diego is amazing and I finally found a place to get good clothes that actually fit me and feel comfortable.
Story time:
I bought some shirts online on a BOGO deal and they weren't what I expected so I came in to return them and he handled the process seamlessly and easy. I then wondered off to browse and Diego saw that I had forgotten my wallet at the counter and returned it to me. I was shocked that I had forgotten my wallet, but Diego was gracious and friendly in returning it to me, even though I was so embarrassed.
A long time ago I came into the store and the lady at the time said nothing would fit me as I was too small, so I didn't return for a while, buying bad fitting clothes for a long time. I finally returned to give the store another try, and met Diego. He was friendly and knowledgeable and didn't make me feel like nothing would fit me in the store. He gave me suggestions and I left with a couple of shirts that fit me great and were finally tall enough to hide my belly when raising my arms!
Now with this latest visit, I couldn't speak well enough of my last experiences thanks to Diego!”
“Alot of 1 Star reviews are saying the prices are high. I go there all the time and that hasn't been my experience. I usually get things like kitchen stuff, towels, old tools and other random things. I haven't checked the clothes or furniture very much. Prices are incredibly low compared to value village in my experience. I really don't like value village at all anymore.”

First of all, it depends on whether the store owner has a vision in purchasing and purchases according to the needs of regional consumers, so as to adapt to local consumers. The products inside are very suitable for young and middle-aged women, especially when the seasons change. The discounts in the store are very exciting. When you see consumers coming out of the store with smiles on their faces, you know that they have bought very cheap products. It seems to be a win-win situation. The store can sell its products and consumers Buy their favorites!No different than other specialty stores. “Love love love this store! I spent hours in there, seriously. So many good deals and prices on super cute trendy clothes. I'm quite picky with my clothing and it's been a long time that I've been into a clothing store where I actually fell in love with EVERYTHING. The staff was super nice aswell! The lady at the fitting room was very sweet and so was the cashier. When I got to the till and she rung my items through, and let me know that I can grab another item for 50% off, so of course I jumped on that. There was this dress that I really wanted but the only size left in my size was on the display. I asked one of the employees if I could have it and she didn't hesitate to get it for me. Awesome place. I'm already thinking about getting rid of my old wardrobe and going crazy here! Definitely will be back”
“Wow, what a phenomenal experience! Ryan was fantastic! So engaging and down to earth. My son needed a shirt, they didn't have it in his size. Placed one on hold in keswick. My son was going for interview next day. Ryan went over and beyond, he's a great conversalionist. This store must bring in so many more sales because of him. I'd like to invite him to a dinner at my house because he's so engaging nice, I can't say enough about him.i got everything I needed. My son got the job next day, we went back to buy safety shoes, Ryan suggested products that that saved us hours of time trying things on, we were able to narrow our purchase time by hours. “This weekend, I visited the mall for some Christmas shopping and spent over three hours there. While great customer service is becoming rare these days, Victoria at Garage truly stood out. Even though it was close to closing time around 8:30, she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and genuinely went above and beyond to assist me.

“My favourite store on Main Street. I’ll come here very often to get treats for my dog because they’re high-quality and fresh. After sometime visiting, though started looking at the clothing options as well that they carry, and I was extremely impressed with the quality, not to mention the owners are just fantastic people. Extremely personable, tentative, and joy to speak to. My dog makes me burn into the store. Every single time walked down the street and I’m not really mad about it. I have purchased a few pieces of clothing from here and I will continue to do so in the future. They can also order anything from their online store directly to them as well.”
