Very bad experience for the customer services and the onsite manager doesn’t help at all. They make employees mistakes to the customers. Regional manager needs to get involved and review the management to be aware the customer services.

This is my favourite Zara store in GTA, staffers here are always attentive and helpful. Especially Mira, she is incredibly customer-oriented.
