“Zona's is not just a shoe store!
Our family has been shopping here for years and I'm just finally getting to write my review. I cannot say enough good things about Zona's. The owner Mike comes from a long line of shoe fitters - a rare find these days. Mike and Joanne are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled shoe fitters. We're thankful we have been able to manage our child's in-toe thanks to them.
We travel from Barrie to purchase our children's shoes, because we know we will always find a quality show and assistance!”
“Excellent selection and service. The Associate that assisted me was very knowledgeable and helped me get set up with right fit for some dress clothes. Looking around the store they had some excellent jeans and other options as well.”
“Firstly, I was drawn to the store by a employee promoting the sale right outside the store over the last weekend before Christmas. It was very great people-to-people marketing!
Once inside, every worker was super helpful! Customer service was really great! Which I feel had a trickle down effect to how customers treated one another while navigating a very small space. Didn't feel crowded, everyone was so polite.
I ended up purchasing two graphic tees (both Nirvana) super happy with my purchase!”

“Well, when I shop at Mission Thrift, I tend to spend $50-$70 each time, finding men's and women's tops for $5-$8, unless they are $75 off! I'm VERY impressed with how beautiful, and refreshing the store is now! What a transformation, from floors to the top of the racks! Anyone who doesn't acknowledge the fantastic prices, need to try shopping at any other store--for example children's clothing are certainly not $2-$3 like at Mission Thrift!! It's my go to!”

(I believe her name was Maria) helped me find an outfit for an event I have next week and made the entire process so fun and easy. I normally never find jeans that fit perfectly, but she found me the perfect pair, along with two tops I absolutely loved. She was so helpful, patient, and had such a great eye for style. She made me feel confident and comfortable the whole time. I really appreciated her kindness and attention — she made my shopping experience so enjoyable!”
“We always go there for clothing needs. Quality of cloths are good and they fit well. Prices are very reasonable. During the sale seasons, they offer very low prices. Sometimes they gift extra items with the purchase of certain amount normally above 50 dollar. My wife was very happy last time with a nice free shawl she received. The good thing is that they do not fix the minimum purchase price very high for such gifts. In other store you have to spend 200 dollar at least to get something free. The store is not crowded like the other stores. Items keep on changing with the new fashion trends. They used to give 10% discount to CAA members but not offering anymore which is understandable as the prices are already low. Fully recommended.”

American Eagle (Upper Canada Mall, Newmarket)
Yesterday, I really needed to buy a pair of jeans, one of them for the same evening. Because of my body size, it’s usually difficult for me to find clothes that fit well. I walked around the whole mall and finally stopped at American Eagle.
At first, I was looking in the wrong section (wide leg instead of straight fit), but then a very polite, friendly, and patient Black sales associate came to help me. She kindly explained the difference between straight and wide-leg jeans, and she brought me four pairs to try on.
Thanks to her help, I found exactly what I needed and purchased two pairs of jeans. She truly made my shopping experience much easier and more enjoyable.
I wish I knew her name to mention it here, but this was yesterday around 5 PM.
