“What a great experience! Lori/Laurie saved the day annd then made my day! I arrived at the Green Lane location to return some items I had ordered online. I didn’t realize I needed to bring the packing slip from the order as I assumed the online order on my account could be pulled up. Lori/Laurie found a solution and was able to find a step by step how-to process to work through the return without the original slip. She was delightful and funny while she tested each “should work” step and she was able to complete the return and eradicate my panic that I’d driven 35 minutes to ensure I met my return deadline only to have forgotten the required slip.She then also pointed me to the tack of returns where I might find pants in extra-long since my return was based on the long length not being long enough. I didn’t find on ya but I did find a fantastic must-have blazer!! The experience started off feeing like it was headed for disaster and Lori/Laurie was so committed to creating a solution and she quickly turned it all around. I’ll be back!!Suggestions: name tags for team members would allow us to give Lori/Laurie kudos while also getting her name right!And…. Please bring bootcut dress pants back in extra long!! Specifically the Bradley bootcut in solid classic colours (black, navy, dark grey)! We tall girls really need those 36” inseams!!”

“I like to provide reviews for businesses that go above and beyond in terms of customer service and RW&Co at Upper Canada Mall is one of them. I have been to other locations but I have to say that the Newmarket location is my favourite. It is always clean and neat, and the layout makes it so easy to have a great shopping experience. And a special shout-out and thank you to Rachel. She was warm, welcoming and so helpful with my specific search. She obviously knows the store and the products inside out, and she provided great feedback, as well as some really great clothing and pairing suggestions. While I was there, I also noted that she was just as kind and helpful to other customers, so great job! I will definitely be back!”

He's been able to help us to fix a slight foot pronation starting at 2 years old by providing supportive shoes to our child.Had comfortability issue when we purchased another pair - no problem to exchange and to fit again.Our go to store for Kuoma winter boots!”

“Excellent customer service. Got a gift, a jacket delivered at home, unfortunately wrong size. Called store, customer rep was courteous, suggested to order online the same jacket with correct size then come to store for return and price adjustment if necessary. Worked exactly as expected. Exchange was easy, even saved some money b/c the reorder was on sale at a lower price. I would even buy some clearance items at the store but unfortunately I came too late in the sale period, there was no more suitable size.”

“One of my favourite thrifts to visit. I always find a vintage treasure here. It’s my go to for housewares and vintage decor. I haven’t been successful in the clothing department, I do find there prices higher then other thrifts for this. They now have a loyalty card where you can earn points which is a nice perk if you visit often. The store is always clean and the staff are friendly.The do have great hours open 6 days a week from 9am-9pm.If your thrifting in the Newmarket area don’t forget to check them out. A few pics of some past purchases I was happy with :)”

“Wow, what a phenomenal experience! Ryan was fantastic! So engaging and down to earth. My son needed a shirt, they didn't have it in his size. Placed one on hold in keswick. My son was going for interview next day. Ryan went over and beyond, he's a great conversalionist. This store must bring in so many more sales because of him. I'd like to invite him to a dinner at my house because he's so engaging nice, I can't say enough about him.i got everything I needed. My son got the job next day, we went back to buy safety shoes, Ryan suggested products that that saved us hours of time trying things on, we were able to narrow our purchase time by hours. He is the best. Nicole, too, is so efficient. Great staff.”

“Love love love this store! I spent hours in there, seriously. So many good deals and prices on super cute trendy clothes. I'm quite picky with my clothing and it's been a long time that I've been into a clothing store where I actually fell in love with EVERYTHING. The staff was super nice aswell! The lady at the fitting room was very sweet and so was the cashier. When I got to the till and she rung my items through, and let me know that I can grab another item for 50% off, so of course I jumped on that. There was this dress that I really wanted but the only size left in my size was on the display. I asked one of the employees if I could have it and she didn't hesitate to get it for me. Awesome place. I'm already thinking about getting rid of my old wardrobe and going crazy here! Definitely will be back”
