They had a wide variety of shoes and lots of sizes. There were a lot of customers in the store but all the workers kept making sure all customers were taken care of. I have been to other locations but I have to say that the Newmarket location is my favourite. It is always clean and neat, and the layout makes it so easy to have a great shopping experience. And a special shout-out and thank you to Rachel. She was warm, welcoming and so helpful with my specific search. She obviously knows the store and the products inside out, and she provided great feedback, as well as some really great clothing and pairing suggestions. While I was there, I also noted that she was just as kind and helpful to other customers, so great job! I will definitely be back!”

“My mom has just been diagnosed with Breast Cancer and was very upset with the fact that she would lose her hair due to chemo. She was welcomed here with open arms and treated so special. The owner spent atleast an hour with her showing her different wigs and caps. She was so thorough with my mom and did not pressure her to spend any more money then she had to. My mom was treated with dignity And respect. She was also given a new perspective on wigs and their convenience. Thank you so much.”

Called store, customer rep was courteous, suggested to order online the same jacket with correct size then come to store for return and price adjustment if necessary. Worked exactly as expected. Exchange was easy, even saved some money b/c the reorder was on sale at a lower price. I would even buy some clearance items at the store but unfortunately I came too late in the sale period, there was no more suitable size.”

“Wow, what a phenomenal experience! Ryan was fantastic! So engaging and down to earth. My son needed a shirt, they didn't have it in his size. Placed one on hold in keswick. My son was going for interview next day. Ryan went over and beyond, he's a great conversalionist. This store must bring in so many more sales because of him. I'd like to invite him to a dinner at my house because he's so engaging nice, I can't say enough about him.i got everything I needed. My son got the job next day, we went back to buy safety shoes, Ryan suggested products that that saved us hours of time trying things on, we were able to narrow our purchase time by hours. He is the best. Nicole, too, is so efficient. Great staff.”

“Love love love this store! I spent hours in there, seriously. So many good deals and prices on super cute trendy clothes. I'm quite picky with my clothing and it's been a long time that I've been into a clothing store where I actually fell in love with EVERYTHING. The staff was super nice aswell! The lady at the fitting room was very sweet and so was the cashier. When I got to the till and she rung my items through, and let me know that I can grab another item for 50% off, so of course I jumped on that. There was this dress that I really wanted but the only size left in my size was on the display. I asked one of the employees if I could have it and she didn't hesitate to get it for me. Awesome place. I'm already thinking about getting rid of my old wardrobe and going crazy here! Definitely will be back”
