“Firstly, I was drawn to the store by a employee promoting the sale right outside the store over the last weekend before Christmas. It was very great people-to-people marketing!
Once inside, every worker was super helpful! Customer service was really great! Which I feel had a trickle down effect to how customers treated one another while navigating a very small space. Didn't feel crowded, everyone was so polite.
I ended up purchasing two graphic tees (both Nirvana) super happy with my purchase!”
“I've been tracking down a skirt in several stores and haven't had much luck until I called here. Spoke to Sophia who located in two sizes for me and was willing to hold until next day. When I got there I noticed the wrong items were placed on hold. Thank God for Melania who helped me rummage through the back and found them for me. I don't usually leave reviews, but she just made my day. I've had countless sales that would just tell me that if it's the last one, they might not find it or to lazy to even look. It was not the case for Melania, so I wanted to make sure to call her out!”

American Eagle (Upper Canada Mall, Newmarket)
Yesterday, I really needed to buy a pair of jeans, one of them for the same evening. Because of my body size, it’s usually difficult for me to find clothes that fit well. I walked around the whole mall and finally stopped at American Eagle.
At first, I was looking in the wrong section (wide leg instead of straight fit), but then a very polite, friendly, and patient Black sales associate came to help me. She kindly explained the difference between straight and wide-leg jeans, and she brought me four pairs to try on.
Thanks to her help, I found exactly what I needed and purchased two pairs of jeans. She truly made my shopping experience much easier and more enjoyable.
I wish I knew her name to mention it here, but this was yesterday around 5 PM.

“My mom has just been diagnosed with Breast Cancer and was very upset with the fact that she would lose her hair due to chemo. She was welcomed here with open arms and treated so special. The owner spent atleast an hour with her showing her different wigs and caps. She was so thorough with my mom and did not pressure her to spend any more money then she had to. “A fantastic store, right on main street. They have incredible animal or camping related designs and each item is extremely high quality. The owners are very kind, they gave me free socks for my wife on my first visit!!! The real star of the show is their shop manager - a very cuddly golden retriever. Must visit and you won't leave without buying at least 1 item.”
