About Falls Avenue Resort
Falls Avenue Resort is a fantastic resort in a super central and fantastic location in Niagara, with superb and great views of the falls from the right room. It is a really nice hotel, described as a great place. The waterpark is noted as fun. Rooms can be nice, updated, clean, quiet, and with comfortable beds, though some guests experienced issues with a wet room or noise from conferences on the third floor. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The resort offers activities and a breakfast with a food selection that is enjoyed, though some policies regarding children's meals and pricing are questioned. It is recommended to check your floor to avoid potential conference noise.

It was sooooo much fun my
kids loved it but make sure to bring slip/Waterpark shoes bc my daughter fell and hit her head but otherwise it's a great place

Got a updated room, myself and 4 kids stayed in the queen with a bunk bed. We all slept well and room was clean. Thank you.
