About Food Basics
Food Basics in Niagara-on-the-Lake is a clean, well-organized grocery store that offers a wide selection of fresh produce, meats, and everyday essentials at affordable prices. The store provides a budget-friendly shopping experience with competitive prices that are often lower than other stores like Zhers and Sobeys. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the store's cleanliness and easy-to-navigate aisles. The store now offers online ordering, making shopping more convenient and saving money. However, there can be issues with inventory, such as scanning only one juice from a sale on multiple flavors. Overall, Food Basics is highly recommended for those looking for fresh produce, good value, and a pleasant shopping environment. It is a reliable choice for budget-conscious shoppers seeking quality products and friendly service.

Most of there staff are great. Some are just rude! That guy in produce should try smiling and saying 'you're welcome'! I like going there but sometimes it's hard to find things.

Ketean was amazing. A departmental store needs more employees like him. They were closed but still he helped us without getting mad. I must say his customer service skills are impeccable. Thanks again for your help.❤
