“PetSmart offers a great variety of pet foods, supplies, grooming services, training, and even pet adoption. We've used the grooming services many times and have always found them efficient, with fair pricing and friendly staff.
The store is well-stocked and has just about everything we need for our pets. The only downside we’ve consistently noticed is that the store often feels short-staffed. Whether it's only one cashier with a slow-moving line or staff helping others on the floor, it can take longer than expected for quick visits.
That said, the employees are always kind, helpful, and doing their best. We’ll definitely keep coming back — just wish checkout was a little quicker!”
