“I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! This pet store is amazing. Ordered online and Uber canceled the order, refusing to come to Chippawa even though it's in the Uber delivery area. Global Pet Foods drove my dog food to my house for me today, saving me from looking into big brown hungry eyes 😂 and said they'd fix the bug with Uber so I can order online again. Such nice people. My new pet store 🥰”

They have a great selection, yes, BUT - I specifically go to this location because of the staff. Their customer service, their knowledge, and their honesty are just a few reasons why this store gets my business. If they don’t have an answer right off the bat, they find out immediately. They also throw in some samples for our dogs to try out. They really show a lot of respect and appreciation for their customers. I love going there and I always look forward to seeing what’s new in store. ??”
“Me and my dog are the hard luck types. Ill happily spend more on my dog than i will on myself, and Natalie was amazingly helpful on directing me how to use their pet wash station which is super convenient as they provide all shampoos and conditioners, a variety of options for all puppies and adult dogs. My dane mix girl who hates baths was great here and I feel I got great value”
